Lovely old house with old style furniture. We stayed in winter and were able to use log fires in 3 downstairs rooms. Plenty of wood was provided for this. House was warm despite very cold weather. The one downstairs bedroom was perfect for the elderly man with us. The hot tub was lovely and clean and sheltered. Easy to miss entrance to driveway as there are a few Branxholme properties and Branxholme Knowe is just around a bend. However we spotted it as we overshot and could easily turn back. Good location as in the country but 5 minutes to Hawick and shops. Overall wonderful place to celebrate my birthday and retirement with the family. I would certainly consider returning to this house in the summer and make use of the BBQ and explore the area.

We have just returned from a weekend away at this beautiful villa for a family weekend away. Beautiful location with spectacular scenery on the drive in. The villa has the wow factor. Home from home, the hosts have thought of everything and we couldn’t think of a single improvement except for a guest book so we could write our positive thoughts and recommendations in person of places to visit in the area for other visitors to read. The kids loved the park, ducks and football court, they also loved reading in the villa and playing board games which were all in the villa to use. Myself and my partner enjoyed walking around the site and spending quality time as a family. We couldn’t recommend this villa or hosts more highly and we thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make forever memories to treasure. Stephanie, Scott and family 🙏🏻

George was a great host. Met us upon arrival and ensured we were settled in quickly. The place is lovely and the games room was brilliant. The cottage was well presented and the welcome was a lovely touch. The cottage is a great base if you enjoy hill walking or to discover ayrshire. The hot tob was lovely in the evening to unwind from the days activities. We had a great holiday. Thank you

Bentfield was simply magic. It was everything and more quirky, eclectic and homely the perfect place for our family get together traveling from New Zealand and corners of the UK, when our time was up we really didn’t want to leave. From family meals in the dining room, to chilling out in the sunroom to watching the sun go down over Arran on the lawn we made lots of memories.

Gorgeous stay at The old School house. The house had everything we needed for a girls weekend to chill. The place was very clean and Elizabeth was very responsive to any queries or needs we had. Thank you so much, would love to come back.

House was great very spacious for our group and provided everything we needed. Margaret even welcomed us to bring our dogs 😊

I had a lovely few days stay at Linda's home. It was exactly as described, clean, and had everything you would need. The view out the back is absolutely beautiful and I got a gorgeous sunset over the sea every night. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Peru in the Suri pod. The location was peaceful and remote, but not difficult to find. The pod itself was fantastic. Despite being compact, the space felt roomy and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated; it felt luxurious. The alpacas and big fluffy sheep made the stay extra special and we loved giving them their treats to munch on! Our stay was so relaxing. It didn’t matter that the weather wasn’t on our side for much of the time we were staying as we felt extra cozy in the pod. Having the EV charging station at the parking spots was great. Our host was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for having us, we are already contemplating when we come back to stay again.
