Un Lugar muy acogedor con hermosas vistas!!!

I would say if you stay for a short time it’s 5 stars a long term stay would likely be 4 stars due to noise. The good Allan was great and responsive. The first day the coffee maker was broken and Allan replaced same day when I told him. It is close to Barrio Escalante and great restaurants and La Cali for nightlife. It’s a great location between San Jose Centro and San Pedro. It’s also close to Parque National that has great location. The building is great, a good gym, small pool, coworking area, laundry room and great bilingual door staff. The not so good, it will be noisy between the train and La Cali it will be loud and need to close the window. The mattress was initially a problem as the springs went directly into my body but figured out the mattress was on the wrong side and after flipping it was a lot better. Overall if you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to be. If you want peace and quiet would look at another location.

Very practical place, well located in the middle of the touristic part of san josé. The building is extremely safe. We arrived late at night and there was security available and ready to let us in. We were provided with a parking space upon request for no extra charge. The apartment is basic but convenient. I was looking forward to visiting the themed rooms advertised but when I did, in each of them were people sitting using them like an office space two even closed the doors to entire rooms to use as private offices and they made us feel like us talking in these rooms was bothering them. Nothing to do with the host, just thought some might wanna know that as pretty as it is, it’s not a very inviting vibe. Regardless, the experience with the apartment itself was satisfactory!

Alexander was extremely communicative and proactive, which made everything smooth and easy—even when my flight was delayed by 8 hours. The location is very walkable, and it’s right next to the Saturday farmers market (highly recommended!). There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area as well. I highly recommend staying at Alex’s place.

Great , comfortable apartment in a very secure new building. Well stocked kitchen , perfect for cooking. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants. Hosts are great at communicating. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice quiet place to stay in San Pedro. Comfortable with all the amenities needs and close by to the center of the city. The host is very responsive and will help with anything you need.

Como habitual del URBN estuvo muy bien y correcto la estancia en este apartamento.

Love this area lots to do, pool is great and my room had everything II needed to make my vacation relaxing.

Un hôte formidable. Le logement que nous étions supposé avoir à été canceller à cause d’un problème hors de son contrôle et il nous a aussitôt relocalisé dans un autre appartement du même immeuble. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce geste !!! Le logement était très beau et très propre. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et le personnel a mis nos baggages en sécurité et les a ensuite déposé dans le logement. Un service impeccable et très accommodant. La vue est magnifique. L’arrivée et le départ étaient très facile.

We loved Marcela’s place! Just perfect, bright, spacious, loved the parking spot, Milton was very helpful, and place was such an AMAZING location. Beautiful flowers and fresh fruit the offered upon check in was also very sweet. The road is a bit noisy at night but the fan helped out. Loved opening all the windows and getting a breeze inside the house. You can’t go wrong with this spot!

Definitivamente volvería sin dudarlo! La locación es ideal si vas a esa zona de San José, puedes desplazarte caminando a cualquier lado (súper, restaurantes,gym) y el lugar súper hermoso igualito a las fotos.

Eduardo´s apartment was amazing. We had a great time there and it is highly recommended for families. He is a wonderful host - very flexible, responsive and friendly. The area is peaceful but very well connected. Very recommended for your stay in San Jose.

Me he quedado anteriormente en otras torres de la zona hospedado y esta sin duda es la mejor, el departamento por dentro es sencillo pero con lo necesario para para pasarla bien y cómodos máximo 2 personas, la vista de todo San José desde la ventana de la habitación es muy bonita, al frente de la torre hay un parque donde siempre hay un ambiente muy bohemio y juvenil, además de las muchísimas opciones de restaurantes y cafeterías que puedes encontrar en los alrededores. Muy recomendado este lugar.

Karla was an amazing host! She was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was beautiful and had a great view of the city. Definitely recommend this place!

El lugar fue una experiencia fantástica, contando de que tiene una de las mejores vistas del país, una ubicación ideal para lo que necesites, a sus alrededores cuenta con restaurantes , malls , farmacias , centros de entretenimiento y demás. Ideal para desconectarse de los trajínes y rutinas de la cuidad , sin tener que invertir el tiempo de salir de ella .De los mejores apartamentos o Airbnb que he conocido de San José . Aparte de que se respira mucha tranquilidad y mucha armonía en todo el edificio , desde la persona que te recibe en recepción hasta la maravillosa experiencia visual que hay en la azotea en el último piso . Super agradecido con mi estadía y super recomendado.
