Karil is a great host and very accommodating. I had a few friends who live in San Jose and he helped work things out with the front desk staff so they could visit and enjoy the amenities of the building. Would stay here again.

Great , comfortable apartment in a very secure new building. Well stocked kitchen , perfect for cooking. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants. Hosts are great at communicating. Would definitely stay there again.

Very practical place, well located in the middle of the touristic part of san josé. The building is extremely safe. We arrived late at night and there was security available and ready to let us in. We were provided with a parking space upon request for no extra charge. The apartment is basic but convenient. I was looking forward to visiting the themed rooms advertised but when I did, in each of them were people sitting using them like an office space two even closed the doors to entire rooms to use as private offices and they made us feel like us talking in these rooms was bothering them. Nothing to do with the host, just thought some might wanna know that as pretty as it is, it’s not a very inviting vibe. Regardless, the experience with the apartment itself was satisfactory!

Como habitual del URBN estuvo muy bien y correcto la estancia en este apartamento.

Buena ubicación, lugar limpio. Buena ventilación, vista. Un lugar bastante funcional.

Le URBN est l’emplacement idéal pour un séjour à San Jose dans l’excellent quartier Barrio Escalante. L’appartement est propre et confortable. L’entreprise qui administre le logement (Bük) est très efficace, rapide dans ses communications et flexible dans la gestion des arrivées/departs. Il y a un gym bien équipé et une piscine. Assurez-vous également de vous rendre au dernier étages dans les salles communes pour une vue spectaculaire sur la ville lors du coucher de soleil.

L'immeuble est situé dans le prolongement de l'Avenida centrale, à 10 minutes à pied de la place de la Culture et 20 du marché central. Très pratique et confortable.

El apartamento es pequeño, tipo estudio; pero demasiado cómodo y hermoso, con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta o larga. La cama riquísima, hay aire acondicionado, se siente uno muy seguro y confortable. El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy cerca de todo, fácil de llegar. Me sorprendió la torre inteligente de parqueo que tiene el edificio y muy amable don Domingo, uno de los guardas del lugar, le explica a uno todo, como maestro de escuela. Muchas gracias, María Jesús. Recomendado el lugar, 100%.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make it , due to a last minute change of plans… still the host was very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the near future

I can't recommend Pedro's place enough. Excellent location - easy walking distance to a wide array of bars and restaurants and minutes from downtown; everything you need in an apartment including a balcony overlooking the city, bedroom that completely shuts out the light and has an amazingly comfortable mattress (I slept like a baby); incredible building amenities including pool, yoga room, 29th floor reading and relaxation rooms; and the value for money was really amazing. One of my best airbnb experiences. Pedro was a great communicator and would often reply within minutes. Thanks Pedro!

We loved our time staying at Edward’s place. We come to CR fairly often, and we tend to stay on the east side of San José, so this place is perfect to explore the best sights San Jose has to offer. We will definitely be staying here the next time we’re back, and we highly recommended it to any others who are planning a visit.

This place was truly a gem, really well located within walking distance from restaurants and bar, museums (nice quite area). The facilities in the building are amazing! The flat itself has a stunning view, well equipped kitchen, really clean bathroom and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend it !

La casa resultó bastante acogedora, tenía todo lo esencial para una buena estancia. Ordenada, limpia y todo funcional, fácil acceso.

This was our second stay at Alberto’s. We love the location - close to restaurants, train and groceries. The condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood very safe. We will stay here again if it is available when we are back.

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

La quinta es como se describe, es muy bella, amplia y cómoda Parqueo muy espacioso, pero compartido con otras cabañas Hicimos algunas recomendaciones a la host sobre la falta de utensilios básicos y detallitos qué ella recibió con muy buen actitud y prometió mejorar. Recomiendo completamente el lugar, si van en grupos grandes lo van a pasar muy bien. Lugar tranquilo, bello y callado Fue perfecto!

Casa bastante cómoda, grande y facil en encontrar.

Las fotos quedan cortas para lo que es ese lugar… Sumamente equipado y en un entorno hermoso, es un lugar perfecto para descansar o pasar un rato desconectado sin desear nada más. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue rápida y efectiva, ella se preocupa por manejar una comunicación clara y atenta. Definitivamente recomendado, es un lugar hermoso

This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. The rental team staff were extremely responsive and helpful. That being said, the listing is not clear on a couple things. It says there is air conditioning....but there is only 1 air conditioner in 1 of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. The window/doors do not have screens, so if you leave them open for cool breezes, bugs can fly inside. The listing does not mention the extremely loud train that runs right behind the house Monday thru Friday. The train goes by several times each morning starting at 5:30 am and blows its horn 3-4 times as it crosses a nearby street. The house even shakes a little. It will wake you up, so no need for an alarm clock.
