Very nice, very clean place. Beds were very comfortable, one of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at. One nice touch was the house had cable TV through YouTube Tv., which allowed us to watch football and other live TV. Driveway has parking for two boat trailers making it ideal for tournament fisherman, and it’s about 3 1/2 miles to the North ramp. Kirk was very responsive and willing to help in any way he can. I’ll definitely book this place again should I need lodging in the Ardmore area.

We were intown for business, this place was wonderful & Mandy was on top of everything. We ended up needing to stay an extra day and she quickly answered and approved. Will definitely stay here again if in Ardmore.

Really great place to stay! We had 4 adults and 7 teenagers and didn’t feel crowded. House is great, was clean, every room has an en suite bathroom, kitchen has everything you need. Our group really enjoyed being on the lake in the kayaks/canoes. Host is very quick at responding to questions and checking in. Highly recommend!

From check in to check out, owner was responsive and great to work with. House was clean and orderly and a good size for our group. The bunk room was a little tight for 3 adults, but we knew that going in and so that was expected. We enjoyed having the games to play and the ability to watch sports and grill outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! It was exactly as described. The indoor pool was clean and warm, there was plenty of outdoor seating, and the showers and tubs were great. My family had no issues with the place or the host. I would recommend that a warning about the pool steps being very slippery be added to the profile.

Great place to enjoy the area with everything you need. We were two families with little kids who enjoyed every minute of this stay. The facility is just amazing, the host answered everything we asked for and very quickly

Great place to stay. If looking for a place to go and relax to get away from our every day work routine this is a GREAT PLACE TO STAY.Very ralaxing and calm. My family and I loved it!!! Would definitely book again.

We had a great family get away at Caddo Point. The house is perfect and the surrounding 40 acres is great for hiking and exploring. Two lakes provide fun water activities. Our grandkids were outside the entire time Fantastic place for a family gathering!

The location is tranquil and beautiful. Even with several other cabins occupied, it feels very private. The cabin is cozy and comfy. This is my second visit - there will be many more.

Laney’s home was a beautiful retreat with an awe inspiring scenic Oklahoma backdrop. The fenced in, large backyard was perfect for my family and I to relax in around the fire pit. The deck was a great place to drink a cup of coffee and soak in the amazing sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen served as a convenient homey place to make our holiday meal and was equipped with far more than plates, pans, and coffee mugs. It truly felt like a second home by the end of our stay. Having a full laundry room came in extra handy. Our host/co-host were responsive and flexible when it came to a change in plans when we ended up needing to extend our stay due to an unexpected funeral as well as when we locked ourselves out of the property in the wake of attending funeral and family functions in the community. The spacious property allowed the five of us to find personal privacy throughout our stay to give us time to rest and fellowship together through the holiday and our bereavement.

This is by far the BEST experience we’ve ever had at an AirBnB. Keith and Kathy did everything in their power to make our stay feel like home. In our reservation we had mentioned we were going to visit Turner Falls, and when we arrived an adorable cookie cake of with a frosted Turner falls was waiting for us. That thoughtfulness seems to come natural to Kathy and Keith. They are incredibly responsive hosts, and will help in any way that could improve your stay. On our third night we wanted to set up a fire in the outdoor fire pit to make s’mores, and Keith was wonderful in setting up the campfire and ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back and recommend you stay at this property as well!
