It was perfect for our mama’s getaway and Jade was the perfect host, responsive and flexible. The outside was our favorite part with the songs of the babbling creek while soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the swings or by the fire pit. Not far from the only part of the creeper trail that is open in Damascus and her recommendation for The Bike Station was spot on. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved this place. The host was awesome! very responsive and helpful for information to places that were close. You can clearly see a lot of left over damage from the storm on the way in which was heart wrenching, but the Spirit of the community was clearly in tact. This property is perfect for feeling off the grid with feeling of home. About a 35 min drive to Boone, where we took our family to go gem hunting! The hot tub was HOT! Which is what we needed from our day to day drive. We will be hoping to stay again next winter maybe during a snow event! The view from the property is breathtaking as well. Just can't say enough great things about our stay. Many thanks to our host! I will be suggesting this listing to my friends!

Such a beautiful cabin and Elaine was so responsive, including when my toddler locked us out of the bedroom. 🤣 Absolutely loved the view and the cabin was so cozy.

Very relaxing and perfect for me and my other half. Will definitely come back with the family! We enjoyed the sounds of the stream and loved the patio with the hot tub.

Logan's cabin was a perfect home for our family's Christmas holidays. Trisha and Logan allowed us an early checkin as it was Christmas Day. They helped us find parking for the non-4WD vehicles that might not make it up to the cabin. There was no snow and we did have a front- wheel drive SUV that made it up with no problems. It is a slippery drive and I would recommend 4WD or All- wheel drive. The house has more kitchen supplies than listed...spices, oils and vinegar, cutting boards, etc. Trisha was prompt and excellent at responding to our texts and providing anything we needed. We found the couple to be very pleasant and accommodating!! The baseboard heaters get VERY warm!! The only negative comment, which didn't come close to dampening our stay, is that the pool table is uneven. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of the house, especially the decks, the hot tub and the ping pong table. Highly recommended and we will return for another visit!!

My friend and I wanted a relaxing vacation in the mountains and that is exactly what this adorable cabin provided! From the adorable cows in the field to the beautiful views from the relaxing hot tub, everything about this cabin is perfect! The hosts were extremely helpful and answered all questions promptly. We had accidentally left a wallet there and they immediately contacted us and offered to ship it to us. I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!

This place is exactly as advertised. They provided clean, private, and homie environment for our weekend getaway. The cabin is roughly 30 minutes from the ski resorts and located around great restaurants. Chris and Hilda were also very responsive with all questions. On our last night, we did experience some trouble getting up the private driveway due to it being iced over. Chris provided plenty of solutions and even had someone come within the hour to come salt and plow the snow. Would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this location and it was absolutely perfect! The home is exceptionally beautiful inside and out with stunning view and lots of privacy. Everything in the home was neat and clean and Laura our host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if we needed her. Check out was simple and included a clear list of instructions on how to lock up the house. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future and will continue to recommend to all our friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is pretty and very well maintained. Fit our group of 8 with no problems. Jeremy was an awesome host, very friendly and gave lots of helpful information. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The house is such a gem!! It was perfect for our family of 9 for Thanksgiving. We could have never left the house our entire trip because the main level is so cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. My son loved the little nook area with the bean bag. There is plenty of space to spread out with the 3 different living room areas. If you want a good workout - go for a walk! The house is at a higher elevation in the neighborhood, so you will have to walk down and back up. We hiked to Laurel Falls - that was another workout! Be prepared to drive a little ways to the grocery store. We brought most of our groceries but needed a few things and the next town is 25-30 minutes away. (Of course, there is always Dollar General that is closer!) Not many places to eat out. The first night we went to the Trading Post and the food was good and the people were so friendly, we stopped back in on our way out to say goodbye!

The stay at the house was perfect. The house was comfortable, and the views were amazing from every angle. We look forward to staying here again.

First of all the heated floors. WOW! We were there in January, the middle of winter. It was ice cold outside but nice and toasty warm inside. The deck is incredible. You can sit there and listen to the water in the creek. Very quiet and peaceful. We had just the right amount of space. There were 6 of us and everyone had their own bed. The only negative part(and this is totally our fault) is that you should arrive in the daytime hours. That makes it a lot easier to find. The host(Heather) did specifically say to bring flashlights. Perfect and responsive communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in sight of the South Holston River. You can walk down the hill to fish in the river. Hosts recommended a float guide which resulted in lots of caught fish! I loved being near the South Holston Dam and Osceola Island for great trail walking and the short distance to Bristol and Elizabethton for antiquing and great food.

Chris's cabin and property are beautiful! We loved having the river right behind us to play in with our puppy. Everything with the cabin was great, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of wood for the firepit, charcoal for the grills, and an amazing view of the river and surroundings. Very private and very remote, I would strongly recommend having an SUV/all-wheel drive vehicle. We saw two black bears as we were driving back to the property which was fun to see (but glad they weren't any closer or on the property). Chris is very helpful with instructions for getting to the place, and was very responsive when we had questions. We definitely hope to go back and highly recommend this property!

Had a great time visiting for the Highland Games over the weekend! the property is beautiful, beds were cozy and the home was well maintained and clean. We hope to stay there again next year!

We didn’t actually get to stay in this cabin (#4) but stayed in Cabin 2 instead. We were there for the Bristol night race and was contacted about a week before we checked in to let me know there was an issue with the reservation. The host was very apologetic and quickly informed me we could stay in Cabin 2. Very appreciative of the quick resolution. The area is very nice and being on the river was really peaceful. Proximity to the track was great. Cabin 2 was nice, clean, and was perfect for what we needed.

The cabin was so nice and cozy. She had every possible thing you could need during your stay. The area is beautiful and serene. She really created your own nirvana on a mountain. We will definitely be going back!

The cabin is so pretty and comfy, and dog friendly is a plus! We loved our getaway.

This was the best experience of my life! An incredible place, extremely clean and organized, it had everything we needed and more, the view was breathtaking, a cozy and welcoming place and very charming. The hosts were simply wonderful, they responded quickly, very attentive and friendly, they even gave us some tips for exploring the property and speaking of which, this cabin is in a beautiful and gated community, you can't miss visiting the clubhouse, as it has activities for your group to do and has a spectacular view from the top of the mountain. The common area of ​​the house was very special, we spent a wonderful time as a family, we had breakfast together at an incredible table with views, we watched movies together on an extremely comfortable and reclining sofa. And I can't forget to mention the hot baths with a perfect shower. If you are still in doubt about staying at this place, I can say for sure: stop looking, this will be the best place you will ever stay.

The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated for the holiday which made our stay feel like home. Tony was a great host, even offering us suggestions on things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay! The cabin is full of fun, you really don’t have to leave. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. I especially loved the fans upstairs since it is warmer. Do let it be noted that the drive up the mountain to the cabin is very scary and I would recommend arriving during the day. Other than that, a great stay.
