Only issue we had, guys are avid fisherman, due to low tides and timing of such, we could not dock our boat at the house. Thankfully boat launch was 2 minutes down the road so it didn’t interfere with them fishing😊. Besides that perfect vacation, beautiful water, scenery, islands to tour and very relaxing time in the evenings😊

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and have finally found a home worth every penny spent. Kim keeps this home away from home in pristine condition with every creature comfort available from slippers to comfy throws and snacks with dietary restrictions in mind. The location of the home is a short walk from some of the best views and restaurants in Swansboro with a great park which my daughter enjoyed! Do not hesitate to stay here and enjoy it as much as we did!

being from the outer Banks area and coming back to visit we couldn't have found a better place,it offered things I didn't know were available there...the host were great and responsive and understanding and the house was everything that was described, the feeling of home is the only way to describe the stay, the overwhelming feeling of peace is an understatement,definitely going back in the near future,highly recommend Brittany and Kelly to anyone who sees this add 🙏🙏

We had such a wonderful weekend staying at Nimbus Novem. The house is beautiful, clean, and set up perfectly for a family getaway or a vacation with a big group. Steve was so responsive with communication and was super helpful with any question I had including recommendations about everything from restaurants to where to kayak. The property is exactly as described and is obviously well cared-for. My kids loved the foos ball and ping pong tables, we biked all over on the provided bikes, and we kayaked to Carrot Island (with a 6 and 7yr old) to see the horses with their provided gear. We will definitely be back!!

The house is in a perfect location for access to both the sound and the beach. We were able to bring our boat to enjoy the sound one day and relax on the beach another day. It was great for 4-6 guests to comfortably sleep. Chris was very responsive to our request when the AC unit went out the first night. He was able to respond quickly and get someone onsite within 12 hours to repair!

It’s a great place, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

My family joins our Marine in Atlantic Beach every other year the week of Thanksgiving. It’s a week of cooking, games, puzzles, football, laughing, singing, corn hole, and meeting new Marines that need a table to sit at on Thanksgiving. This year was our best year yet. Isaac’s house was perfect for our week. The long table was a constant gathering spot for everyone. The sectional in front of the TV was extremely comfortable. Everyone slept good and requested to return to this house. Great place! Thank you for an awesome visit.

Great stay as always! Understanding of a family emergency that came up.

This was our second stay at Chris's waterfront cottage. We were lucky enough to be here during the local Christmas holiday festivities in Oriental. Chris's place was so peaceful and serene. We can't wait to stay again!

We LOVED this place. The dock was perfect for the boys to fish and catch shrimp. The location was a quick walk to the beach for the girls and a short distance to the boat launch. We’ll definitely go back!

Beautiful and well kept home. Love the closeness only 3 min drive from main beach. Teenagers were able to walk to DQ. They blew up the tires on the bike but one needs a tube. There was everything you would need except a potatoe masher (now there is one). Grocery store and shops were so close.

Trent’s place was wonderful. It’s right on the sound with a private dock. It was very homey and peaceful while also being convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and family activities. We would definitely stay there again the next time we head to Atlantic Beach.

We loved our stay at the Mermaid Cottage. It was very kid friendly, clean, walkable to a great playground and the local curb market. Stacie was a great host and we’d absolutely recommend her place.

Serenity Pointe was amazing! It was exactly as described! We went down to relax, recharge, hang out with friends, and fish! We were able to all of that and come home refreshed! As someone who loves the Oriental area, this house was conveniently located to some of my favorite places! We enjoyed dinner at Silos & shopping at the Nautical Wheeler! The dock was a huge added bonus for soaking up some sun & the fire pit was perfect for evening s'mores!
