Very spacious getaway cottage situated close to amazing views. Very impressed with the bathroom amenities and size of bathroom. The locals in Beaufort are far the kindest souls on the planet. Very pleased with my experience.

Carol is a lovely host. She is pleasant to speak with and has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The cottage is lovely with a private garden patio full of beautiful plants and small fish pond. A perfect place, we return every year .

A great stay—host is super responsive, the space is lovely and clean with a very comfy bed, and checking in and out was easy. A perfect getaway!

What a beautiful place!! The Bungalow was very comfy and everything was well laid out. Dave sent me a lot of information prior to our check in and we knew exactly what to expect. The Bungalow's patio was sooo beautiful!! Private, off the street, shaded, and the perfect place to relax!! It was about 2 blocks from the Sound which was perfect!! I would highly recommend this cute little place!!

I was so grateful to have a time of respite with my 81 yr old mother there over Easter break. The space is lovely and there was almost no one there on the island during that time so it was quiet and peaceful! Mikey was super open to helping me troubleshoot a few needs and I appreciated his thoughtfulness:) 2 notes to future guests: 1) The path to the beach is not well marked and there's a sign that says "Private" - we had to walk around and find someone to ask. and, while it might be a 0.2 mile walk, that distance (for us, anyway) was through deep sand - pretty tough for an 81 yr old. 2) The beach is not a regular coastal beach - it's in a sound so it's much more like a lake with no waves. Also, if the wind is right, the water could be pushed so far out it would be difficult to actually swim. We didn't care a whit but I can see how a family arriving with boogie boards and older kiddos might be disappointed.

Very easy to find. Less than a mile from main road. Very comfortable. Bright; lots of big windows. At the end of the road, so quiet. Safety features, like a step between rooms highlighted, with a movement sensed night light.

Sherri's place is exactly as described, and then some! Cozy, like home. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. The porch sitting was delightful. Towels and linens were top notch. The "mini" walk-in closet was perfect for storing luggage and hanging clothes. The cottage was squeaky clean. Sherri easily communicates with her guests. This is a "be back" place for us. Don & Susan
