The cabin was great and just as described. It was very clean and the hosts were very responsive.

Very nice clean cabin with game room, hot tub & fire pit close to the main gate entrance and driveway up to the house is paved. There are plenty of things to do around town and in the community. We saw lots of deer driving around the community exploring. We enjoyed movies on the big screen TV in the master bedroom. We will definitely consider staying again as our family had a great spring break! The hosts are very responsive to anything that may occur. The only suggestion we have is possibly updating the living room brown couch set to something more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin is decorated very nicely. It was warm and cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The beds were comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Tons of board games for the 1 rainy day we had. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Being right on the river was so peaceful. The cabin is in a great location, close enough to shops and restaurants but it still feels like you're out in the middle of nowhere. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the listing makes it look like there is more space than there is due to having some older photos along with newer photos so I thought there were 2 different living areas, but there's just one. It really didn't make a difference to me, but it may for someone else. Regardless, we loved it so much and would love to come back some other time.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Evermore. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The little details of the cabin made the stay even better, binoculars for bird watching, heated tile floors and towel rack, romantic lighting throughout the whole cabin. The walking trails around the cabin were fantastic. We never needed to even leave the community. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. We loved the firepit for cozy nights and the hot tub was the ultimate way to unwind under the stars. The cabin itself was clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was the layout. The bedroom is upstairs, but the only bathroom is downstairs, and the steps are very steep. This made nighttime trips a bit tricky and would be tough for anyone with limited mobility or disabilities. Overall though, the experience was fantastic. The peaceful mountain setting, outdoor amenities, and incredible view made it a memorable trip. Just be aware of the stairs if accessibility is a concern. Would definitely return!

Peace of Nature was a great place. We are a family of four with a 13 and 10yr old. Kids loved the waffle station, game room and the numerous deer that greeted us on the property every morning and evening. Drive in and throughout the neighborhood is all paved - which is great. Loved the big kitchen and layout of the cabin. Would definitely stay again. Also great owners who were responsive and so understanding when we had to reschedule our booking due to hurricane hitting our home when originally scheduled to come. We were so appreciative of their kindness.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The views from their home are amazing. We did not get out much. We pre shopped for groceries, so we really did not need to go anywhere :) Thank you Joni

We stayed at Amy's place for a girls' weekend book retreat, and it was exactly what we wanted! The view from the porch was beautiful, and it has a sunset view, which was such a nice way to end our day. The space was clean with various places to lounge and hang out, and this slice of heaven provided a place to relax for 4 tired mamas!

Beautiful , cozy , very well stocked very clean cabin. We had our dog with us , it’s a very pet friendly house,he loved the play area outside and walking in the woods. Neighbors are super nice and hosts are very proactive and helpful with any questions. Thank you again for the great weekend.

We had a great time at the Shepherd's Lounge - we have 2 white German Shepherds and Andrea's place is set up to accommodate pets so it was great to relax and not worry about my dogs. The backyard was fenced in, the house was very pet friendly, and she has all kinds of doggie amenities. Everything was VERY clean, spotless in fact, and you would never know that everyone that stays there brings their dogs! It was great for the humans as well, granted we were there for 2 REALLY cold days, but we hung out by the fireplace and were plenty cozy watching movies. We will have to come back again when the weather is nicer so we can enjoy the outdoor spaces. Thanks, Andrea, for providing a comfortable retreat for those of us with animals in our families!

This stay was truly an incredible place to spend New Years! My friends and I loved the space and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!! It’s so cozy, quaint, and the hottub was great!

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home! The property is stunning, with great views and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house itself is impeccably clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The hot tub and cozy fireplace were the perfect way to end each day. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. From the thoughtful flowers for my bday to checking in to make sure we were comfortable, their hospitality went above and beyond. If you are looking for a stay with kids - I highly recommend renting here! The hosts provided magnatiles and blocks which we loved and the playground area was amazing! If you're looking for a peaceful mountain getaway with a host who truly cares about your experience, this is the spot. Five stars all the way.

The location is great and there is so much to do within a short drive! The cabin is spacious and very relaxing and quiet, has everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frog Pond Hollow even though the snow storm resulted in losing power for a day and we had to stay an extra day because of ice on the roads. Drew and Brianna were very understanding and concerned for our safety. They were great hosts! They responded quickly to messages and were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be bringing more firewood, a hatchet, and more wine if I ever take a trip to see the snow again. Thank goodness there is plenty to entertain you at Frog Pond if you don’t have power.

What a wonderful oasis in the foot hills of northern Georgia. We could not have asked for a better quick getaway weekend retreat. The only thing that would have made our stay better was more time. We enjoyed lounging on the large deck warming to the fire pit after our round of golf on 1 of 3 beautiful 9 hole course. We also appreciated the recommendation by our host to eat at "Home" the restaurant right outside the gates of Big Canoe. The staff was really accommodating and the food was outstanding. Other activities not to miss include fishing on the lake and catching the Amicolola falls about a 25 minute drive away. The house was spacious and well appointed in a very peaceful setting. Frank was accommodating and very responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to returning some time in the future!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The views are spectacular! We rented for a group of employees as we were working in the area. The house worked great for us and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The house was decorated for the holidays and looks beautiful. Any bedroom has amazing views. We had great communication with the owners, and they were always quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We stayed at this cabin for two nights in February. Right when we walked in, it was stunning. The decor and cleanliness stood out. We enjoyed having deer walk in front of the house. The gas fireplace was relaxing and no smoke smell. Beds were comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen was well-stocked. Lots of fun games to play. Overall we really loved this cabin and would stay again.

We had a great time the outside sitting area was very nice. The Cabin was close to Chatsworth and Calhoun. The boiled peanuts at the stop light are the best. the views of Carter's Lake and it was easy to get to the Nature Center and upper dam area.

We wish we could have stayed forever! This was the best weekend getaway. As we drove away, we both said we wanted to go ahead and plan another weekend to come back. So fun and peaceful. There’s also a cute cat that keeps you company out by the fire!

I cannot begin to describe how perfect this place was for our Galentine's weekend. Russell and Paula from the start, were gracious and accommodating. They even let us check in early/check out late because of their cleaning schedules. They checked in on us when we were there and provided us plenty of welcoming goodies. Their cabin was spacious, and the views were stunning on a clear day. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to spend a little time in Big Canoe.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful home. Everything we needed for making memories with our best friends, even on a rainy weekend! We especially enjoyed the fireplace & the indoor pool at the Wellness Center!

This home is absolutely beautiful and all details were thought of! It is on a small pond. The setting is peaceful and relaxing with the deck, hammock, small dock and fire pit. Great spot to gather with friends or family for a few days. Not much to do nearby without a little bit of a drive, but we were ok to stay at the house. Lovely spot close to Atlanta.

Beautiful cabin! Clean and comfortable with a few unique and fun additions. Terrific location close to town, but still out in the woods with lovely views and a creek. Highly recommend.
