Eine absolute Top-Unterkunft in Sidi Bou Saïd! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und erkundigen sich regelmäßig nach dem Wohlbefinden und Verbesserungsvorschlägen, die Kommunikation funktionierte immer reibungslos und schnell. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe im Dorf. Sowohl von der Dachterrasse als auch vom ca. 30m entfernten Aussichtspunkt hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht über den Golf von Tunis. Der Ortskern mit vielen guten Restaurants ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, auf unnötigen Schnickschnack wurde zum Glück verzichtet. Der Whirlpool wurde auf unseren Wunsch entsprechend vorgeheizt und bot in den teils kühleren Dezembertagen eine wunderbare Alternative. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei Mohamed und Sonia, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften!

I recently stayed in this lovely apartment and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, with great attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. The area was also very good, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. What truly made my stay memorable was the host. He was amazing—very responsive to all my inquiries and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality really enhanced my experience, and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Bonjour Pour notre première visite en Tunisie Eh bien ma femme moi même et nos 3 enfants venons de passer un séjour agréable et inoubliable dans ce magnifique logement qui cachait plein d'autres atouts non visibles sur les photos. ..Je vous laisserai les découvrir par vous même En plus proximité immédiate de : (Banque ....Carrefour....Go sport ....Restaurants. ...Fast food...Pharmacie...salon de coiffure. .etc.... ) et autres surprises et surtout une extraordinaire madame Souhir et son époux qui nous ont accueilli avec cérise sur le gâteau...un petit dejeuner copieux et des collations dont les enfants se souviennent encore Elle se mettra à votre disposition pour vous faire découvrir bien d'autres belles choses à voir en Tunisie. Je ne vous parle pas de la vieille Mabrouka qui vous fera découvrir les saveurs de la cuisine tunisienne ....N'hésitez pas à recourir à ses services. Le séjour à la villa a été très agréable. Tout est exactement comme indiqué sur les photos et sur l’annonce. Nous remercions Mr Chawki pour son accueil et sa disponibilité qui a été juste parfaite. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Het was een heel fijne plek om te verblijven. heel netjes en een behulpzame gastheer. De hottub werkte niet, maar voor de rest was alles prima. We hebben er enorm van genoten, een dikke aanrader!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und vorallen, sah die Wohnung viel besser und größer aus, als auf den veröffentlichten Bildern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, antwortet sehr schnell auf und bietet wirklich bei jeder Kleinigkeit ihre Hilfe an. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und werde diese auch weiterhin buchen, wenn ich in Tunesien bin :)

We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

The apartment is clean and well maintained and in a building that has a locking gate from the outside to enter the building, so you'll feel safe and secure. There is a cafe immediately downstairs to get coffee, and the lady who you get the key from has a store right next to the cafe so its easy to find her or her husband if you have any issues. Note also that the lady you get the key from is not very comfortable speaking English, but she speaks French fluently so if you speak French you'll be just fine. She very patient and accomodating so you can likely use a translation app on your phone if you don't know French or Arabic. Things that were not completely clear to me based on the listing is that there is not a king bed (at least not what is called a king in the US). It's a murphy bed that is a queen size. The mattress is pretty comfortable even though it's a thinner than a regular bed, and there are plenty of pillows provided. It was also not completely clear to me that you are expected to pay a deposit when you get the key, and any damages to the apartment, or if you use more than a certain amount of kilowatts of electricity will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is expected in cash, so make sure to stop at an ATM on your way there. The deposit amount was not very high, but just be aware if you are heading to the apartment straight from the airport. This is not something I had to do for any of the previous times I rented other airbnbs in Tunis, so just be aware since it is a-typical in my experience. I found it slightly weird that there is a large beautiful lamp shade in the dining area, but the living room has a single bare lightbulb attached to wires coming out of the ceiling. There is a lamp that you can use instead if that light feels a bit harsh to you as it did to me. It was especially noticeable since everything else in the apartment is so well maintained and modern. Note that the location of the apartment shown on the map in the listing is not completely accurate. It's a couple blocks closer to La Goulette beach than it shows on the map. The neighborhood the apartment is located in has lots of little stores and many restaurants within walking distance from the front door. I wouldn't say the beach is only a 2 to 3 minute walk, but it really is very close. There are plenty of taxis circulating at all hours and just making eye contact and nodding at a driver of an open taxi is enough to let them know you want a ride. It cost me about 10 to 13 tnd to get to the main city. Overall I recommend this apartment. I found the location very convenient, and the apartment itself is modern and well maintained. I didn't have any issues with appliances and the kitchen is well stocked, and in fact I bought a new cutting board that I left in the kitchen for future guests to enjoy since the one that was there had seen better days. The owner does not live in Tunisia but is very responsive to messages through airbnb and also checked in with me twice during the stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated.

very nice traditional Tunisian home very spacious and comfortable with many shops located within a one minute walking distance also a great restaurant across the street the host was amazing and very accommodating would definitely stay there again five stars all the way

J'ai adoré ce séjour à l'abri de ce petit studio. La verdure dans le jardin, les petites tortues m'ont fait sentir dans une maison de vacances familiales. C'est proche de la mer. Ce que j'ai aussi apprécié c'est que Tuline m'a contacté avant la finalisation pour s'assurer que j'avais bien compris l'annonce. Je reviendrai sans faute.

Le logement était très bien et très bien situé. Saïd et sa femme ont su très bien nous accueillir, ils ont été très chaleureux et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils. Nous les remercions pour ce séjour.

I truly recommend this place. It’s cosy, spacious, beautifully decorated, equipped with all amenities and wonderful views. It is a step away from the sea, restaurants and shops and yet nestled in a very quiet side alley, ideal for late night sleep. Thr balcony is probably my favorite spot of the house. The host is attentive, responsive and flexible. One of my best stays ever!

It was a great stay with our extended family at Leda's place for a week. A great house with all the listwd amenities available.The location is superb, a calm street but very close to Zephyr, the centre of La Marsa. Léda was very responsive and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I can absolutely recommend this place.

Probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an Airbnb so far! Sonia & her son Lamine were nothing short of perfect as hosts. The place is clean, beautiful & matched our needs given we had a wedding to attend which was literally 5 mins away! The pool was amazing even though we never really got to take full advantage as we would’ve wanted to due to, given our action packed itinerary. I’m definitely going back to Tunis and I’m definitely going to stay here again!!! Un grand merci Sonia et Lamine!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le logement était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Tout était conforme à la description, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, et la piscine, très bien entretenue, a été un pur bonheur sous le soleil. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, tout en profitant d'un cadre exceptionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un moment de détente et de plaisir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Faouzia a été un hôte exceptionnel! Tant par son accueil que par sa sympathie. Lors de la visite du logement elle nous a fais nous sentir comme chez nous. Elle a été de précieux conseil pour savoir où manger et où se balader. La maison es à un emplacement stratégique pour pouvoir aller à gammarth ou sidi bou said. Vous pouvez venir les mains dans les poches Faouzia se charge de tout. La piscine es très bien entretenue et la maison très très bien équipé. Tout es en parfaite état de fonctionnement. Je la recommande à 10000% et je reviendrai très certainement !
