logement moderne fidèle aux photos, confortable, sécurisé et calme. accés autonome hyper facile au RDC. hôte trés réactif. malheureusement pas de place dédiée dans le parking sous sol. je recommande

L’appartement est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos ! Tout était parfait : propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal et très calme. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant, respectueux et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Excellent séjour chez Kenza ! La maison est idéalement placée au cœur de sidi bousaid. Accessibilité parfaite à pieds et en voiture (grâce au badge résident mis à disposition). La vue est exceptionnelle ! Seul petit bémol la cuisine manque de vaisselle, si vous souhaitez cusiner à la maison il faudra donc anticiper d’un point de vue logistique … nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce cocon de rêve !

Nous avons passé le réveillon de la nouvelle année 2025 avec quelques amis dans cette magnifique villa en bord de mer, posée dans un cadre historique grandiose. Hedia notre aimable hôte nous a gâté à cette occasion avec un gâteau délicieux parfumé à la fleur d’oranger qu’elle a confectionné elle-même. Merci pour cette charmante attention et pour votre sincère hospitalité. Un court séjour dont nous gardons un souvenir intense. Nous reviendrons certainement cet été.

Our stay was wonderful. Felt right at home, very peaceful and comfortable. Accurate to photos and perfect amount of space.

Location is magnificent, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. Area is very quite and safe. Great to have a supermarket 5 min from the front door

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

Veldig fin villa. Fem store rom. To av dem har eget toalett. To store saler. Og en stor overflate. Kinosalen er veldig fin, vakker utsikt og en fin kveld om natten ved bassenget. Til tross for alt det. Alt du kan finne inne i villaen. Ingenting vil mangle. Jeg følte meg hjemme. Hele familien var fornøyd og alle hadde privatliv og komfort. Verten (Anis) var utmerket.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofiene's house! The house is incredibly comfortable, well-heated, clean, and perfectly located in the charming town of Sidi Bou Said. Sofiene is an excellent host, always available and ready to assist whenever needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Great comfortable place right next to Sidi Bou Said, supermarket, and some cafes. AC kept the place cool and the bed was very comfortable. Oven available for cooking. I wish I stayed here longer!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé une semaine, jolie maison avec de jolies fleurs,c'est l'emplacement idéal ,la mer est proche de la maison. les commerces et activités sont tout proche,tout peut se faire à pied. internet excellent.

Super séjour, le logement est propre, agréable, spacieux. La résidence est sécurisée ce qui est vraiment bien. L’hôte reste disponible en cas de besoin Le logement est super bien située proche de tout en voiture ou passage très régulier des taxis dans le quartier Le seul bémol que j’aurais à redire c’est les travaux très proche du logement. Le matin, les travaux commencent à 7h même avec les fenêtres fermés le bruit est trop fort. Nous avons eu le droit au travail même le dimanche. Mais le séjour chez Arslane a été vraiment agréable ! Je reviendrais c’est sur !

Un bel appartement authentique, lumineux, spacieux, confortable et propre, dans un quartier calme, bien situé (proche centre-ville, plage, commerces...). L'hôte est très accueillant, hyper gentil, à l'écoute et réactif. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Je recommande et merci encore à Mohamed pour tout !
