Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Wohnung, direkt am Meer. Bel ist eine super Vermieterin, die sofort reagiert hat, und auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen ist, ich kann diese Wohnung allen empfehlen, vor allem auch wegen dem guten Service. Ich werde gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort zurückkommen.

Je reviens tout juste de mon séjour et il me tarde de faire part de mon expérience. J'ai passé une semaine de repos total dans un appartement qui porte bien son nom, la "pépite" du Kram. Difficile d'imaginer de trouver un si bel appartement au Kram et notamment au bout de cette impasse face à la mer. La terrasse est l'atout majeur de cet appartement sur laquelle il est bon de profiter du soleil au petit-déjeuner ou encore en soirée. Le logement tient toutes ses promesses! Il est d'une propreté exemplaire et l'agencement est assez original. Situé en bout d'impasse, il n'y a pas de circulation en bas de l'immeuble ce qui est très appréciable. On se fait bercer le soir par le bruit des vagues, un doux son pour trouver le sommeil. Quant à Hamza, un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. La prise en charge à mon arrivée a été excellente et Hamza porte une réelle attention aux invités... C'est une personne très attentionnée et très serviable. Simplement merci pour tout!

Super séjour dans un appartement chaleureux, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Merci à nos hôtes.

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L‘acceuil de Raja était trop gentille !! Elle nous a aidé avec tous même si on était arrivé à minuit. On avait tous ce qu’on en avait besoin est un bon temps dans l’appartement de Raja. Merci bien!

Localisation parfaite entre mer et centre. À proximité de tout. Immeuble de standing et appartement aux vues exceptionnelles. Encore plus joli qu’en photo ! On reviendra c’est sur ! Merci Omar !

J’ai pu passer un excellent séjour que je ne suis pas prêt d’oublier ! Le logement est parfait, impeccable, parfaitement équipé et beau ! Belle luminosité et vue sur la mer et la plage incroyable. Je suis ravi de cette expérience.

Dorra a été merveilleuse, flexible et très proactive. Son logie est vraiment cosy et chaleureux, y a une ambiance feutrée, propre et parfumé ! On s’est vraiment senties confortable. Le petit jardin cute, la mer à proximité pour marcher ! À quelques rues de tous les commodités.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

Sami been very helpful for all times during my stay(even after). Also offered best price from Enfidha (Hammamet airport) when I asked and back really best ever offer (*****) to door step!!! So all he offered me has been Top relaxing time ever I could imagined! Sami been so helpful also during all stay, had fantastic free meal 2nd night for all quests, reall teasty and properTunisian food.. Brick? o Wooow! All together loved his place, so close to beach, very private location, nice and clean, stayed for a week and I'll come back again! Absolutely fantastic place for all who loves beach ascape near Tunis, just away of hotels, nice and private..

Lovely house, well located with a friendly welcome, very helpful. The bed mattress was very comfortable and everything was clean. Small touches like coffee/tea available, offered fruits, all toiletteries. Felt like a home. Very very much appreciated. Thank you, a great stay in the heart of Sidi Bou Said.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Was a Journey that I really enjoyed. The beach is just in from. The flat is equipped with everything needed. Even the usual consumables are available is big quantities, so no risk that you suddenly have to go and buy what you need. Very clear and well set, with lots of enjoyable details. The host is very responsive and supportive with immediate reactions when something is needed. In the area enough Kiosks and 2 restaurants / bars to have some drinks and eat local and international food

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Sidi Bou Said! I stayed here with my family and it was perfect—an ideal location just minutes from everything. The interior is stylish and full of charm, with big windows that let in tons of light and offer stunning views of the sea and Carthage. The building itself is historic and full of character, which added so much to the overall vibe. Our host, Sara, was incredibly responsive and welcoming—she truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

Place was difficult to find, as the listed address is for the parking location and the photos provided were not very helpful when finding the place at night time. However, the host was very helpful in guiding us there when we asked for help and the place itself was just as advertised. They also were very helpful when we were locked out of the place, sending someone over to get us back inside in only 25 or so minutes. Recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Perfect for a stay with the family. Very beautiful apartment, spacious and very central in La Marsa and close to everything. We could check in a bit early directly after our flight arrived and Karima's mother welcomed us and showed us everything. We were very happy and felt safe and will be back.
