Absolutely fantastic location! After bailing on another local booking due to the amenities being a bait and switch, I found Cherri's condo on airbnb and booked the same day! Cherri got back to me in less than a half hour, and we packed our bags and headed out. The view was amazing, the local area is very walkable, and the downstairs restaurant was peaceful and served great food. The little cafe across the street is perfect for breakfast and great coffee. If you want to visit the coral reef, plan to get there right when they open! Once 10:30am rolls around the tour busses from the other resorts drop off their people and it can get pretty crowded, but its peaceful and calm first thing in the AM. The view from the condo was spectacular, the private beach was extremely relaxing, and the amenities made it feel like we were right at home. Couldn't be better!

I had a fantastic stay at Chris and Lena's place in Tulum! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and communicated with me in a timely manner, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe, providing a perfect environment to relax. I highly recommend staying with Chris and Lena—it's a great spot for anyone visiting Tulum!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Fantastic unit and Muunek is a wonderful building. We always stay in La Veleta and this was the nicest place yet. 2min walk off the main Calle 7 in the neighborhood. With a scooter it’s easy to get to and from the beach and Centro and prefer this area over the others. Common pool area was also great and shoutout to the every day staff managing the grounds and pool area- very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

We had such a wonderful time here! The beach was spectacular! The casita and garden/ pool were so calming! The kitchen was super handy and there were delicious restaurants close by!

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.

me pareció muy bien ya que en el departamento está equipado para cocinar (tiene todo tipo de utensilios básicos), cuenta con dos baños grandes, lo cual me pareció exelente, es un lugar tranquilo, la pasamos muy bien durante nuestra instancia, Claudia explica muy bien como debemos ingresar y además hace recomendaciones de lugares para visitar lo cual nos ayudó mucho ya que no conocimos Tulum, volvería a rentar el departamento.
