Beautiful vibrant spacious property with stunning views !!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this Sorrento Apt. The rooms were clean and cozy. The terrace was enjoyable and the windows helped brighten up the space.

Increíble el alojamiento, es mucho más lindo y amplio de lo que me imaginaba! La vista es impresionante. Todo es exactamente igual a lo que se ve en las fotografías. La atención de Marino, el anfitrión, fue excelente. Estuvo en todos los detalles, fue muy amable y considerado. Se nota que todo está hecho y cuidado con mucho amor y dedicación. Lo volvería a elegir!!!

Marco's house overlooking the bay of Baia is simply a dream. When you step out of the kitchen onto the shady veranda, you have a view of the bay. There lies the sunken Roman Baia, which can be discovered under water. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and eat outside with a view of the sea. Romantic. Your own little restaurant, just the way you want it. We were there for eight days and enjoyed every day. Dreamlike. At night, the air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep and the two bathrooms offer comfort for everyone. Marco is a very friendly host who actively supported us and also helped us individually in one situation. THANK YOU. Five stars for Marco and this wonderful house.

Nous avons été accueillies par Leonardo, très sympathique, qui nous a donné des conseils utiles pour la visite de l île. Le logement est parfait. Belle et grande salle de bain, bonne literie. Cuisine équipée pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner. Petit balcon donnant sur le port de pêche, un gros plus ! Un restaurant se trouve juste à côté et une pâtisserie salon de thé proche pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a des petits bus au port qui permettent de se rendre dans d autres endroits de l île. Tout était parfait. Merci Leonardo !!

Would highly recommend Luigi’s condo! Waking up to the view of mount vesuivus is unbeatable. Located in a great location that is walkable to the Spanish quarter and historic center. The condo is in an old but beautiful building with marble floors, emphasizing you’re in Napoli. Major plus there is a lift for your luggage as the condo is located on the top floor. We’d definitely stay here again during our next visit

Thanks Pippo. We had a great stay at Ricky House. The house itself was perfect, and had everything we needed. Nerano is a great little village, and the house provides great views of the bay and mountain. Special thanks to Luciano who met us to handover the keys and provide a tour of the house. He was also very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Would highly recommend this property and these hosts if you're looking for a peaceful break in a beautiful area. Thank you!

This was one of our favorite stays in all of Italy. The place is nestled into a quiet hillside with an amazing view overlooking neighborhood groves, the port below, the water, and Mt Vesuvius in the distance. It is beautifully decorated by the owners whom are artisans. We really enjoyed their hand-crafted ceramic pieces and the love you could feel through them. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the port-side bedroom was amazing. The patio was well furnished and very enjoyable in the velvet evening air, or for sunning during the day. The hot-tub is well cared for. The hosts are very responsive and gracious to our questions and needs. It was an absolutely delightful stay that we would highly recommend. (Small side note.. you do need to park above the unit and walk some stairs down to it, but this is to be expected when you are staying on a hillside. Host happily helped us with our luggage when we arrived in the dark!) It is a truly lovely place to stay! Enjoy!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Flowers, and fruit trees everywhere. Several areas to relax or have dinner outside including the two patios on your rental. The family was lovely and brought us fresh linens a few days in. We will definitely be coming back to visit this beautiful island and apartment. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

This was a fantastic find! A beautiful penthouse, spacious apartment right outside the ancient wall. it was a 5-10 minute walk to "old town" with all the shopping and food and a similar easy walk to the bus/train station. Maria and Earnesto did everything to help us get in, get situated and make us feel welcome! The patios are amazing as well, getting sun most of the day. The air conditioner is powerful and efficient. Hot water is almost instant and plentiful. There is a tap for purified water. The hosts left us a lot of nice goodies to consume at no charge, such as beer and snacks.

This was a dream vacation! We stayed 7 nights and wished we stayed longer. The grounds are a beautiful garden and meticulously maintained. Sad to leave. Genny was so accommodating and a wonderful man. The view from our whirlpool watching the sunset was spectacular! Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. It is a 15 minute walk down the hill to Blue Groto, Il Riccio and our favorite, the reasonably priced Gradola with cliffside views. A short walk to the bus stop which takes you to Anacapri or on to Capri. We felt vey safe here and often walked back to the villa from Anacapri at night on walkways that are all lighted. Yes, there is some walking involved, but so worth it! Don’t listen to any negative reviews!

Perfect location, great view, approx 15 min taxi ride from the Naples Central train station. Restaurants are a short walk. Overall, it's a great place to relax and travel to tourist locations nearby.

Quite literally on the water of marina del Cantone, you can open the window and look at the sea. Great restaurants in walking distance. The place itself is very cute, great for a couple or single. Also Raffaele was great in meeting me and showing me the place. Highly recommend.

Restituta's place was the perfect spot for our first visit to Ischia. She's a wonderful host- very friendly and always responsive. Great location- an easy walk to the port and bus stop. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The wifi worked well throughout the apartment. Highly recommend!

Our stay was truly better than we could have imagined. It is a gorgeous apartment, spacious, well decorated and very clean. The balconies with views of the sunset and sea as well as the central town area with the beautiful island as the backdrop. It really was a delightful and care free experience, we would certainly stay here again. Thank you for the very kind service and extras that were special touches.

We had an amazing stay. The house has Incredible views and is right on the ocean. The house and garden is very spacious and we felt right at home. The sunsets are amazing as well. Umberto is also a great and very helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Amazing stay. Alessandra was immediately so sweet, accommodating, and responsive. Alessandra kindly allowed us to check-in early, and Nello, her father, promptly picked us up from the port when we arrived. He also showed us around the town and gave us some recommendations for places to eat and see, which were greatly appreciated! The apartment is beautiful, clean, and private with a wonderful view of the sea. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the town. If you rent a vehicle or are willing to walk and/or take the bus, this should be no issue. We rather enjoyed walking into town every morning, and if you stay somewhere closer, you might sacrifice the peace and privacy that this property offers. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay in Ischia and would highly recommend this accommodation!
