The sheets/covers had not been laundered. I feel this was an oversight. Francisco got right on it when I notified him. Nice place to stay. Very quiet and private. Worth the price.

I needed a place to stay last minute and Angie was so helpful and quick to respond. I couldn’t be more happy with how it worked out because the place was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Tucson. It was so apparent that a ton of care has been put into the place. The small details set it beyond a typical air bnb.

Everything is clean and brand new. It's small patio has a great view of the mountains. Well stocked with utensils and everything needed for an extended stay.

We thought the unit was very comfortable, clean and accessible. It was quiet except some occasional noise from the neighbors dog fighting. When we couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on Aurora was quick to respond and help us out. Overall we had a nice stay and would come again as it was also close to family we have in the area.

A cute little house right off 4th Avenue is the perfect spot for a short or long stay in Tucson. There were plenty of towels, there's a desk to work at, the location is awesome, the back patio is a nice place to chill, and the rooms are good size. Everything was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Tucson, especially if they are looking for a location that's walkable to downtown and 4th Avenue.

We had a great 4 night stay. The location was easy to find and also close proximity to things on the eastern/north eastern side of Tucson! Their home was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor patio was beautiful.

Very nice condo in the Catalina foothills area of Tucson. A very quiet complex, yet easily walkable to several restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and many other stores, plus just a few minutes drive from the heart of Tucson. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful when I contacted him requesting additional items for the condo. He clearly went above and beyond to accommodate me!

The condo was a very comfortable place to stay for our 5 week stay in Tucson. The kitchen was equipped to cook, full meals. We would stay here again loved the space and even the neighbors were very friendly. It has everything you would need for a long stay. Views were very pretty & we enjoyed the patio.

My wife, In-laws, and I had a wonderful week stay. Eric and Jennie went the extra mile with everything from a well stocked home to exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed long walks in and around the property, the beautiful mountain view, and the peace and tranquility this Airbnb provides. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and if we are in this area again-we will most certainly be staying. Thanks so much to both Eric and Jennie.

Nice home. Quite neighborhood. Great location, all needed amenities nearby. Easy to access both downtown and the outskirts. Only item that was an inconvenience to us is the pool was about a half mile away which was much to far for my 87 year old mother to walk to while my wife and I were out hiking.

We stayed for a week. The house is really spacious and nicely situated close to the river walk. Beds are really comfortable. We liked the putting green in front of the house, used it almost daily. The little private outdoor seating area had sunshine until about 4PM (in March). Definitely recommend this place.

We visited Tucson to ride our bikes on the many trails around Tucson. Katie’s home is conveniently located .75 miles from the Shannon Road trail. We were happy to access the trail without having to transport our bikes each day. The house was perfect for our stay, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. There was also a nearby playground/park area for walking our pooch. We enjoyed the covered back patio in the evenings. We would definitely reserve this home again if we return to the Tucson area.

This was my very first Airbnb so I misunderstood provisions... which I share now. Next time I know to ask if certain items are provided or not so I am best prepared for my stay. This home is very cozy. Clean. Fresh smelling. There were no steak knives for my steak, dish drying towels, butter dish, etc..., or dishwasher detergent which I assumed would be provided. I thought it was funny when my host, Diego told me to just use napkins to dry dishes with, but aside from this small misunderstanding or inaccurate assumption on my part this home is wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. Again, no complaints. It was my fault that I assumed some of what I believe to be basic provisions are not basic provisions for everyone so just asking ahead of booking for clarification is recommended. I will stay here again. Great stay! Felt like home away from home! Diego responded to me promptly within less than 30 mins usually with the exception of one day it was within a few hr

We had a wonderful stay. The 1920's renovated bungalow was simply perfect. We had access to a very nice hot tub and patio with a firepit. We went to a concert at the Fox theater which was less than 10 minutes from downtown. Day trip to funky Tubac with great shops and restaurants. Sandra was a great host from booking to check-out and we would love the opportunity to come back again! Thank you, Sandra, you have a gem of a place.

The house was as described and Bradley was quick to respond when I couldn’t find the switch for the outside lights. Check in was easy. Perfect place to have a dog as the yard is secure and very large! Great experience staying there and I would stay again.

Convenient mid town location that clean, neat and tidy. Ours was a last minute booking for family members flying in for a funeral. It worked well for our group!

Josh’s place was wonderful — clean, comfortable, well stocked for all of our needs, and a great location. Plenty of linens, appreciated the basics in the kitchen for preparing meals, the bedrooms were comfortable, the patio was lovely, and we spent every afternoon at the pool after a morning of hiking and exploring. Josh was always responsive and helpful. It was a great stay.

The place was very nice. It was clean and in a very convenient location. We didn't realize it was on the second floor. Carrying the luggage up the steps was challenging. The roku system for television was a little disappointing. Not having a bureau to store clothes was a bit inconvenient. Overall the place was very nice and well equipped.

There were so many great features to this condo and the hosts had prepared the place with amazing thoughtful detail, like lap blankets, well placed charge ports, and multiple coffee prep options. The Mountain View from the living area and patio was amazing. It faces east so we enjoy the sunrise shining into the place and the shade on the patio in the afternoon. The condo complex is really quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was stocked for cooking as if it were your own. Even a few starter edibles so we didn’t have to rush to the market straight away. Really above expectation. Great convenience with close connection to Mountain Ave, which is a bike boulevard to the Loop. Will definitely rebook this again.

This was my second stay and like last time it made myself and my family feel right at home. Very spacious clean quiet place to stay.

We had a lovely stay here! The weather was amazing, the mountain view was breathtaking, and the accommodation was awesome.

Lovely condo and ideally situated to beautiful places. You are just a few minutes from great hiking in Catalina State Park and maybe 30 minutes from Oracle State Park. Easy drives to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Parks. If you bike, the trail is close by! Drive to Tombstone and Tubac! The condo is comfy, well equipped and the gym, pool and hot tub are added benefits. Best of all you have great, responsive hosts who will make sure your stay is the best! A great experience!

I would recommend this place. It was very well taken care of had lots of amenities inside the home. Especially in the kitchen. it was comfortable, the area was quiet. Very nice place!
