Having the option of staying on a sailboat in a marina was absolutely wonderful since we were able to have views of the beautiful lake and 360° views of the hills in the area! The location was perfect and could’ve been within a good walk to town, although it was too hot to walk when we were there. The marina was quiet, but picked up a bit Friday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse, which has a nice under covered seating area that made it a great respite from the heat. The bathrooms & showers were clean and the Harbormaster, Mark was very nice. There was a bit of confusion on the time when we arrived to check in. Chuck asked our ETA which I provided and we arrived a few minutes before then. I did not text when we arrived since I had already given our ETA, so we did wait around for a bit for him, but I think he thought we were going to text when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we were enjoying the scenery in the area. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

We really enjoyed our stay on Lana's historic "land yacht". We appreciated the friendly, helpful hospitality and in-person welcome as we had some extra needs regarding our vehicle situation and parking. We found the accommodations to be very cozy, warm, inviting, and clean. We felt right at home and would definitely return.

No TV or stove but was okay with microwave and hotplate provided. Everything was very clean and easy to follow directions were provided. I enjoyed sitting outside on the rear deck in early morning and at sunset. Very quiet and peaceful.

What an amazing experience. We had a great night in the aft room of the boat. It was cute and quite cozy. We enjoyed seeing the ferry coming and going and watching the stars from the deck at night. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It made for a memorable anniversary!

Everything we needed was there. Nice to have the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We loved that we could bring our dog! It was a last minute decision to spend the night in Gig Harbor, so we needed a pet friendly stay. We did struggle a little with the lighting, but figured it out.

Evan and his sweet dog Hank were very welcoming and helpful hosts. He took the time to show us the ins and outs of the boat and made sure we were 100% comfortable and familiar before settling in for the evening. We saw lots of adorable seals napping on the dock, as well as a gorgeous sunset from the bow. Our stay was very nostalgic as my family used to have a boat with an interior cabin that I played in as a kid so Evans boat brought back fond memories that were discussed over a game of cards. We stayed in the captains quarters and the bed was comfy and soft, it was surreal to be able to wake up and see the sun reflecting off the emerald green water mere inches from us. The shower in the captains quarters was actually very pleasant and left my hair feeling softer and shinier than normal so I would highly recommend that for anyone who would like to have a good hair day. We stayed on a cold winter night but were very snug and warm, especially with the cute string lights and heaters.

All I can say is WOW! What a lovely experience. It was the perfect space for a relaxing girls' weekend. The boat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and a cozy atmosphere. Dallas and his family were VERY responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, despite my friend and I getting our timing wrong. Best hosts I've ever had! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to return again in the summer months so we can take advantage of the kayak and boat decks. Thank you for an amazing weekend, Dallas!

Beautiful, peaceful, safe for solo travellers. The Blue Goose was charming and had all the basic things you need! I loved my stay and would highly recommend it. My view was fantastic as I was able to see Mt. Rainier from Gig Harbor. If you are looking for a stay on a boat, this is for you…the host was always helpful.

I've thought about what I could write to describe the magical experience Graham provided by sharing his life and sail boat with us but I've been at a loss for words. The entire trip left me humbled, content, renewed, and excited to come back and sail with Graham again. Not only is the sailing amazing but so is he. Graham and the Santorini II will always be in our thoughts. Thank you from the depths of our hearts.
