Nilza is the greatest hostess. From the clear check-in instructions to the prompt and personable response throughout our stay, we could have not asked for anything more. The house is very centrally located, within walking distance to the train station and the Marginal. Nilza kindly recommended restaurants in the area and things to do. The large kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beds and one bath upstairs, one downstairs. We received extra bed linen/towels on request as we stayed for 10nights. The water works perfectly fine, just know cold is hot and hot is cold :). The construction was not bothersome to us, as we were out of the house during the day. When my family got locked out of the house or the water was shut down due to a broken pipe in the neighborhood, Nilza responded within minutes and did everything she could to help. Also, the key to the front door works perfectly if you follow the instructions on how to insert it. Thank you, Nilza, for a wonderful experience!

The pool house has a wonderful retro charm whilst also being a luxurious place to stay. It's beautifully furnished, thoughtfully prepared for visitors and quite unique, so will be difficult to beat! Sebastian and Kate were great hosts, always ready with recommendations for the local restaurants and area.

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

Uma casa pequena mas simplesmente aconcchegante, as crianças amaram a área externa do jardim e piscina. a Maria foi extremamente receptiva e prestativa, nós ajudou e deixou tudo em ordem para nos receber. Mas indicaria com conforto e privacidade para até 2 pessoas.

The house and the location are perfect for a relaxing week in Caiscais. The three children aged between 5 and 1 had everything they needed to feel at home from highchair, buggy, cot, toys, plates, cutlery and blackout blinds on the rooms. We were able to use the pool which was a bonus. There is plenty of space in the house for everyone to relax. We were 6 adults in total. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance. Ubers are a good way of getting around and very easy to get a train to Lisbon. We wanted somewhere where we didn't have to hire a car and everyone could chose what they wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Situated in a quiet area of town, local supermarket only a short distance and a lovely peaceful walk to the centre of the bustling, beautiful town of Cascais. Accommodation was clean, spacious and perfectly suitable self catering. The small pool was a bonus

Home is large and spacious

La Vivenda Nirvâna est située au bout d’u e impasse. C’est une petite maison typique, bien équipée. Elle se situe à 10 minutes à pied de la superbe plage de Guincho et on se trouve très rapidement en voiture au centre animé de Cascais. Nous y avons -aside un très bon séjour, reposant.

The house was absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the house was spotless, quiet, walkable to all that Estoril has to offer, and the hosts were easy to communicate with, and always available to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful spot, and hope we’ll be able to stay there again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Spent 2 nights at Nuno & Camilla’s and everything was great. Ideal location for us visiting a friend in the area. Good size 2 bedroom apartment, lots of recommendations and friendly communication. Not far from the train station with a few shops around as needed. Good coffee machine is always a bonus! Will stay again next time we come to visit

We stayed at Carol's "fishing cottage" for several weeks. Carol is excellent at communicating and responded quickly, and helpfully, throughout to the few queries that we had. The house is exactly as described. The upstairs bedroom does indeed have a low ceiling but our adult friends coped perfectly well. The cottage is well positioned, providing easy walking access (5/10 minutes) to the train station, marina, old town etc. Be sure not to miss the town market also just 5 minutes walk away.

House well furnished, all the amenities all working perfectly. Host was cooperative and communicative all the way, and everything was easy and comfortable.

We spent a lovely week by Carcavelos beach in this apartment. The place itself was great, spotlessly clean with a large garden and pool that we used everyday even in late October (the water was freezing!). It's a short, easy walk from the apartment to the beach, train station for trips to Lisbon and Cascais and supermarket.

Hier stimmte einfach alles, die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und die Wohnung war etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und hatten in der ganzen Zeit nichts zu beanstanden. A acomodação de Manuel nos serviu muito bem, fica localizada próximo à praia, o que nos agradou O espaço é bem grande e possui todos os utensílios necessários Apesar da casa ser logo abaixo da residência de Manuel, não tivemos nenhum problema com privacidade e o acesso ao nosso local foi facilitado. A mãe de Manuel também compartilhou algumas frutas que estavam a crescer na árvore que tem na propriedade, foi muito querida. Recomendo a todos a acomodação de Manuel

Super bem localizado no centro histórico de Cascais perto de restaurantes, museus e parques. Tem um quintal com lindas bougainvillea floridas onde trabalhávamos on-line. Host super gentil e atenciosa. As instalações tem decoração temáticas Africa e são melhores que as fotos apresentam. A única dificuldade é estacionamento por estar localizado no centro histórico

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Filipa. J’ai aimé ce quartier calme, avec accès à pied à des plages magnifiques, des pistes de promenade, des restaurants agréables, même s’il faut une voiture (avec place réservée par Filipa juste devant la porte) pour visiter plus loin. La maison est très jolie et bien décorée, et nos hôtes très aimables et amicaux, souhaitant véritablement nous laisser à l’aise. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The architecture is timeless and elegant, with a simple structure and a thoughtful use of natural materials that made the space feel both modern and warm. The concrete beams and slab give the home a unique, industrial feel, but it’s incredibly cozy and comfortable inside—definitely a pleasant surprise! Sara, the host, was incredibly kind and communicative, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She provided all the information we needed and was always available if we had any questions. We especially loved the location—tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac facing a small pine forest, which made the home feel peaceful and private. The living room was our favorite place to relax, and the open kitchen was perfect for socializing while preparing meals. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here!

This house was fantastic. My friends and I really enjoyed everything the place had to offer. The artfully decorated and well-preserved architecture really made us feel like we were staying someplace very special.The grounds are beautiful and the perfect place for taking morning coffee of an outdoor brunch; the kitchen was so well-stocked with cooking utensils and tools, I felt very comfortable making delicious meals. The neighborhood is very walkable and central to everything in town, and the beach is fantastic. Our hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. Highly recommend!

Our group of 7 included adult children and their partners and there was so much room for everyone. The house is enormous with a very comfortable living room that stayed cool at all times. There is a lovely pool area with separate kitchen and bbq which we used a lot. It was quiet while we were in the area but the pool stayed sheltered. Lidl close by sells everything you need and the town and Sintra were easy to get to by Uber taxi (very cheap). We had a fantastic week - thank you Christina.
