We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Appartamento ben curato, accanto all’Accademia, vicino a terrazza Mascagni. Molto accogliente e pulito. Leonardo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile e di grande aiuto all’arrivo, perché abbiamo dovuto cambiare orario di partenza diverse volte per problemi vari. Sicuramente consigliato!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Nice Apartment, very clean and has beautiful surroundings. Close to the city centre , good restaurants and beautiful garden view from both the bedroom and the sitting room . Very quiet and specious . My family from Belgium loved every thing

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Giuseppe è stato sin da subito pronto e disponibile. L’appartamento era impeccabile e assolutamente coerente con foto e descrizione. Il bagno è appena stato ristrutturato ed era nuovo. Io ho scelto questo appartamento perché è molto vicino alla clinica Siena Eye Laser dove dovevo fare delle visite. Perfetto.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Das Apartment war sehr gut zu finden und zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariagiulia war wirklich gut, so wie ihre Anweisungen die Wohnung oder Schlüsselkasten zu finden. Auch Parkplätze waren jeder Zeit genügend vorhanden. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und sauber. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Apartment mieten ohne zu zögern. Vielen Dank für eine gute Zeit.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

10/10 and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Stunning location with the most picturesque view. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided wonderful local recommendations from nearby towns - we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Tuscany!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Autentisk, roligt og ukompliceret. Skønt sted. Alt pænt og rent. Smukke og velholdte omgivelser. Poolområdet var en klasse for sig - så lækkert! Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!

I loved my stay at Casa Magnolia/Luna Splendida! I was welcomed by the daughter of Maurizio and Stafania and her cat! She made sure I understood how everything worked, where to park, provided some restaurants to eat at, and made us feel at home! The location was absolutely lovely with an overlook of the Morrona hillside. I saw a rainbow two mornings from the patio! It was like stepping into a painting. The towns and the surrounding scenery were just what I was looking for. We enjoyed eating at Il Tino da Roberta, which had amazing steak! (And didn't have time to try other places.) The location is also ideal for visiting other nearby cities and seeing the countryside as you do. The place was furnished and tended with care. I loved it!
