Such a great time! Good space to have family come together while having their own spaces to sleep. The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful and all of the amenities came in handy! Great spot.

This is a beautifully appointed cottage and made for a fantastic place for our family to spend Labor Day weekend. The house is finished to a really high standard and packed with not just the advertised amenities but lots of added details which made it feel like a home not ‘just an Airbnb’ . Host was proactive and incredibly helpful and responsive. Check in codes and info are comprehensive and clear. In addition to being a beautiful property this is a terrific location. Our fifth stay in Saugatuck and by far the best location we have had. 3 min walk to the heart of town meant that teenage kiddos could come and go with ease and we never had to battle parking in town (which can be a pain). Our best trip to Saugatuck so far - highly recommend A+!

I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The property was even more stunning in person, and it was impeccably clean. It was also well-stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking. The screened-in porch, campfire, and front patio with a hot tub offer a variety of ways to enjoy the fresh air. The host clearly thought of everything to make the space comfortable and convenient, and it’s ideally located near great restaurants, shops, and Lake Michigan. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

This place was so wonderful- it is a feast for the eyes! The arrangement of furniture in the living room is so smart and makes for wonderful hang outs. There is such ample seating and sleeping spaces that we were all so comfortable. Hot tub was clean and could not have been more enjoyable. Felt so lucky to get to stay here.

Great stay. We had a wonderful time and the arcade games were a bonus. House was so cozy. It started snowing just as we arrived so the views were gorgeous-even had a few deer show up to complete the view. Perfect place for a winter getaway-cant wait to stay there again in the summer.

What a great find! Often the photos make a place look bigger, but this home is deceptively large. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of areas where people can find their own space. Good mattresses, and that’s a huge plus. South Haven is a jewel of a town, and this area in particular is outstanding. You can easily walk to a pristine beach, or the fun downtown and market area. Sweet neighborhood! Finally, you can’t ask for a better host than Chris. Before we got there he proactively sent several helpful messages. He always responded quickly whenever I sent a question. And after we left and realized a treasured stuffed animal had been left behind, he connected with the cleaning crew and organized a way for us to get it back. He is our hero!

Home was amazing. So much room for us all to spread out. Very comfortable seating and beds. Stunning views and very private. Would definitely come back next year!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Great space and lovely little place to stay at. Noah was super responsive and helpful to everything I needed during my stay. Power went off in half the building and he immediately fixed it! 10/10 recommendation. Hope it’s open for my next trip!

Really comfortable sweet accommodations... great for friends wanting to gather for get away per space and ... also privacy per down time when desired. love the porches sitting area, and the out deck even though not utilized. this would be great relaxing place if you want to not be busy...

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

Great, quiet place and a wonderful neighborhood. Jill & Tim were very friendly and helpful as far as the history of the house and the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this studio to others.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to South Haven and found Ken's condo the perfect spot for a small family reunion. We found the condo very clean and a fine fit for our needs. Ken was just an excellent host, very accommodating and prompt in responding to any and all questions. We were glad we stayed in this condo and would surely consider it again on a subsequent visit to the area.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Very nice place in a great location. Loved that Isabel's was right there. Grand Haven an South Haven each 20 minutes away. Would stay again.
