The house was better than we imagined and spaced out perfectly so neighbors were not too close and we loved having the little Walt’s market across the street. This part of the lake, only a short stroll away, is the best spot. We are kayakers, swimmers and beach walkers and will definitely be repeat guest! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was the perfect hideaway for us for the weekend. We have an older Bassit Hound and we don’t like to leave him alone too long. The space was clean and pet friendly. Nothing for him to get into. Some dog toys and bowls were right there when he walked in. Deer were everywhere, Lewisville Smoke had great to go BBQ and a stop by The Farm for dinner is recommended. We would love to come back and visit in the summer months. Plenty of easy 1-4 mile hikes in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. He was easy to communicate with and was helpful. The furniture was very comfortable. The Sunporch was so nice, and we could see the water and hear the waves. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming. The location was perfect! Thank you Joe!

The home is as described in the listing. Easy access and everything was clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean, and there were nice fans in ever room. The A/C cooled the place down nicely after we arrived, so no worries if you're visiting during the warmer months. The area around the property was very quiet and secluded, especially during the weekdays when most of the surrounding homes were not occupied. The channel in front of the house is small but we managed to pull a few fish out of it during our stay. Great place to launch a kayak and see some of Saginaw Bay. During our stay the pressure tank for the water system malfunctioned. Alaina responded to my message in about one minute and had a plumber on the way to assess within the hour. The hosts stayed in contact with me throughout the process and resolved the issue as fast as possible. I would not hesitate to stay here again, my group had a great time.

The views were stunning!!! A wall of windows was prefect . The yard was amazing, the stack rocks were very nice . The house was very clean . We went in March , the weather was not so nice but inside was very cozy . Have the property across the street was great for our dog to do her business was nice also . Thanks for having , hope to rent again.

We loved staying at Margaret’s Unit 1. It was so comfy and cozy, loved how walkable the area was. Margaret was responsive and answered all our questions. We had a great time. We will be back!

We really enjoyed spending time on the quiet beach on Eagle Bay. It was a real treat to step out onto the beach from the back deck. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand and the beautiful waters of Lake Huron. We enjoyed a beach campfire at night and visited the nearby dark sky preserve. The short drive into Port Austin was convenient for eating out, getting coffee, groceries, and renting kayaks to paddle Turnip Rock. We had a great time!

The location was awesome. Home was as in pictures. Only complaint were ALL the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. My adult daughter chose to sleep on floor instead of bed due to how uncomfortable the beds were. Other than that the place was awesome

The place was nice, and the experience was really good. I highly recommend coming here for any future vacations. The house was stunning! The host was very responsive and easy to deal with.

We loved our stay at Glenda' s place! the beach was perfect for our little ones, and the house had plenty of room for us. We would definitely rebook here again.

Great cozy cabin! We came up during the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. The place is as described and as shown in pictures. Just a minutes walk across the sand to the water, beautiful view! Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. We booked last minute on a snow storm weekend and Paul made sure the driveway was plowed, which we really appreciated. Considering it was the off season and snowy weekend there wasn’t a ton of things open, but we loved that the cabin was stocked with games. We found and really liked Brew Moon Cafe in Caseville and The Farm restaurant in Port Austin. Both opposite directions from each other but within a 15 min drive from the cabin.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it exceeded our expectations! My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like home. We especially enjoyed sitting outside by the beach, which was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The house even had extra beach items that made our stay even more enjoyable. We only needed to bring a few extra items since everything we needed was provided.

Beautiful place to spend a week in Michigan for summer! We would love to come back in the future
