Jess is a fantastic host. Her responses are quick and she constantly checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and was exactly as shown in pictures. We had a great stay at this spacious family home. The house was exactly as described – large, comfortable, and perfect for the family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was also good– close to everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Marg's place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the communication was seamless, and Marg made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches that really made the stay feel special. This place was exactly what we needed. In all honesty, we used the property pretty much to just sleep and shower through a hectic sporting tournament weekend but whilst we were there it was clean, comfortable and exactly what was needed. The main bedroom.. oh my that BED! Absolute heaven! I want that mattress! We booked for 6 and only my family stayed, but it was heaps of space, very comfortable and great price point. Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this place on Nolan Street in Frankston! It was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. A large window with a garden full of green plants behind it made the place peaceful and welcoming. The location was perfect - close to the beach, a lovely park and shops, making it super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay; he puts great care into maintaining the place, making it as comfortable and livable as possible. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from our home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
