My family and I had a wonderful stay at The River House. The house is beautifully architected, the property is serene, and we had fun with the games and kayaks on site. Nancy is a gracious and helpful host.

This place is literally hanging off the coast. It’s in a walkable neighborhood but completely secluded. The views are spectacular from nearly every window in the home. The shower in the master bath is big enough for six—if you’re into that kind of thing. There was a bottle of champagne in the fridge. The furniture including the beds were comfortable. In so many ways the place is just perfect. If I had to point to negatives I’d say maybe it’s a bit tired, the carpet in the lower level worn, the floors a little beat up, a cobweb here and there. So if you’re expecting something modern and polished this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for a comfortable spot, with amazing views, in the perfect location, hosted by a very welcoming and hospitable guy, you shouldn’t hesitate. We loved our stay.

Gotta say, the pictures were not great but the place is absolutely STUNNING! Great location and backyard for the dogs, the beach very accessible through the backyard as well. Walking distance to all Mendocino downtown has to offer including the state park. Highly recommend

Alison’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! Perfect sized accommodation for 2 couples, a baby, and a small pup. The radiant floor heat kept us warm and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful property and the view overlooking the Albion bridge was stunning. Would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed here almost exactly a year ago and I'm happy that standards have been kept up. Everything was very clean, just as well maintained, and well stocked. Little things were improved and changed, like the location instructions, from our last trip. It was very quiet and easy to get to everything in Fort Bragg and Mendocino.

I have never been in an air bnb , but this was a very great experience. I got to relax and see the sites. very nice accommodations.. thank you so much.

We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

We had a great stay at Kira's - the house was very comfortable and the surroundings made it very relaxing being nestled in with the redwoods. It was nice to be close enough to enjoy all that Boonville/Philo has to offer from wineries to hikes while also having a peaceful and quiet cottage to return to.

As everyone else said, the pictures don’t do this place justice! Waking up to the view of the ocean and the cliffs was breathtaking. We had a fantastic stay here and everything was easy to find and use. This is a very special house that has been cared for and maintained. Highly recommend Cindi’s place! We hope to come back soon.

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place tucked in the woods. A wonderful and quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommend this place! Richard, Yuka, and Frou Frou thank you very much for your responsiveness and help. We really appreciated it. Especially our first evening when we arrived a little later than expected and need recommendations for dinner. Mira Mar Mexican restaurant hit the spot and was delicious! Thanks again!

Jill's house is amazing. You can enjoy its coziness with a book by the fireplace, go for a morning walk in the redwoods, or take a 5 minute drive to Sea Ranch Lodge to hike a breathtaking cliff walk trail and sit on the beach. The house has everything you need, there is a supermarket and few restaurants 15 minutes away. One of the most magical places on Earth, would definitely like to visit again.

We always have a wonderful time when we stay at Heron House. The house is always very clean with great amenities. There are many walkable trails. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

We spent 2 nights at Emir’s place with our toddler and our dog. It was spacious for our needs and the open floor plan made it easy for us to keep an eye on both the “baby” baby and fur baby while enjoying a good time with each other! Emir went above and beyond to adjust our booking from 3 nights to 2 and get us late checkout to time it with our toddler’s nap time. During our stay, the skylight cap directly above the kitchen fell and shattered which was unfortunate and scary. Emir was very responsive and assured us that he will fix it. We did notice another solar tunnel cap missing in the laundry room. Perhaps all solar caps should be inspected and redone to ensure no mishaps happen. It would have been great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was a tad difficult to get our toddler to stay asleep without it. All in all, we had a lovely time at Emir’s place. The views were spectacular and the kitchen and place well equipped with everything you would need!

Wow!! What an amazing experience. This home was so comfortable and relaxing. It has the most incredible view, and all the amenities to make the stay just perfect. The whole family had fun there from playing on the air hockey and foosball tables, to the dinner table overlooking the view, sitting in the hot tub under the stars and relaxing in the Zen den at the end of the day. It was chilly outside when we were there, but the house is very well heated and we were very comfortable. I can't recommend it enough, and hope to be back soon.

What a lovely place to stay in beautiful wine country! The location is gorgeous, quiet and private, but not far from downtown Healdsburg. The home was well stocked, very clean, up to date, and very comfortable! Julia was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again!!

We spent a nice long weekend at Joanna's place. The views were spectacular from inside and outside of the house. I watched the sunset the first evening and watched the sunrise the following morning from the comfort of the home, while my other half did so from outside. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals during our stay. We logged into Netflix and watched a few movies during the evenings. The spacious yard is fenced off and was perfect for our pup. Overall, a great stay and we enjoyed our much needed getaway.

The cottage is adorable! Very clean, cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. The quiet neighborhood is centrally located; very convenient. Lil is a wonderful host. She goes out of her way to make you feel right at home!🏡 🩷

Valerie was a gracious host. I really didn’t know at first that it was a ADU in her backyard with very close proximity to her own house. But that said, she made it a beautiful space that we really enjoyed. And was respectfully distant to let us come and go without hovering. Beautiful fine touches to the cottage with luxury amenities. It was a perfect place for our weekend away. And soo doggy friendly. Loved it! And was super surprised at the pastry delivery in the morning. What a special treat… 🥐 💕

So this was a great spot and there was no need to communicate with Micah because the communication how everything works, directions, checking in and out was so simply. We had no questions the whole time we were there and it was so easy to stay here and have everything work and be in beautiful order. Thank you for providing a perfect 3 days and the dunes where absolutely spectucalar. Never been to this part of them and it was such a treat. We hiked out for sunset the first evening. Weather was perfect and so was the sunset, the dunes, the hike and the whole evening... Cheers, Judy

This place is so cute and quiet! A lovely retreat into nature. I loved the big windows with views of the trees and the hot tub was nice as well. I love the area it’s in as well!
