I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting from out of town. David is a very kind and communicative host, and his listing is exactly as pictured in real life! The apartment is well appointed and very cozy, not to mention the incredibly warm and comfy bed. It snowed heavily during my stay, and to my surprise and delight, the walkway was shoveled and salted! I had a return trip planned to South Bend for another week and immediately rebooked this place. It’s a lovely unit at a price that’s hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay. GREAT location and VERY cute place for downtown living. Walking distance or very short drive to everything we wanted to do. We only have two call outs: the drain in the shower needs some drain cleaner (water fills the tub quite high when showering) and secondly, there were conflicting check out processes left with us like how to leave the dishes or bedding. I followed what was emailed. We would definitely stay again or recommend! Loved it!! Thank you so much. BONUS!! - THE BEDS = #ohmygosh.. BEYOND comfortable.

Nicely appointed apartment, roomy with plenty of space for our stuff, and having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We appreciated the snacks and provisions in the full kitchen after our long drive. I especially loved the location which allowed us to reach our family even during the worst of the lake effect snow, and the mud room sure was handy! I wanted to be able to wander the trails more, but the frigid wind had different ideas. We hope to come back; I can explore next time! Thanks for everything!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

This retreat on the lake was absolutely perfect for spending time with extended family during a Notre Dame game weekend! The house was flawless! We had an amazing weekend stay at this home. The lake was right across the street and there were walking trails and some great local places to eat. We will definitely stay here again !

This is a great space. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Furnishings were comfortable. We had everything we needed (toiletries, kcups, etc). The washer/dryer came in handy for drying wet suits and towels. And when I left a suit behind, Ann was sweet to offer to mail! We look forward to a return visit next summer! Would highly recommend.

House was great! Very, very clean and exactly as described! We were there for a wedding at Marion Magnolia Farm and it was a perfect location to Church and the farm. I would highly recommended staying at Kimberly’s house. She’s a great host with a great house.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it offered a peaceful escape with ample space for everyone. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and the pier was a fantastic spot for fishing and enjoying the lake. A standout feature was the screened-in porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations with its blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. A delightful extra was the water toys that came included with the rental. Highly recommended for a relaxing family retreat!

We had a very nice stay this Lake house! We were looking for a place that would be my wife and I and our 2 dogs with easy access to a clean lake that was private and still had access to some dog-friendly restaurants, parks, etc. This place perfectly covered all those needs with a great open layout family room / kitchen / dining room (not common in many moderately sized lake houses) with plenty of room to spread out and lots of windows. It was also nice to have the kayaks, SUP, and paddle boat available to use. Kyle and Kelly were great hosts and we hope to stay again!

While we only stayed for one night while travelling through, it was great to walk in the door and immediately relax. Well appointed bedrooms, coffee machine ready to be set for the morning, and a great family area to relax in before bed was just what we needed before continuing our journey. Looking forward to coming back to relax for a few days. Appreciated how many "extras" were available for our use.

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

This is the second of Vik's property I've stayed in and it's just as beautiful/amazing as the first one. I always hate leaving. Great Location! Great Host! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars all around.

Overall this stay was great! Host was very communicative and was willing to help with whatever we needed. Place was very clean and organized. The complex was also very quiet at the time we were there. About a 10 minute walk to downtown with a slightly large hill. Complex came with basic cleaning supplies, dishes, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely stay here again!! Things to note: Toilet seat is not in the best condition in the master bedroom. WiFi is extremely slow, was not an issue for us because we have unlimited data on our phones and hotspots so we were able to use that. Water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced. Ice maker didn’t work.

Alexa was an awesome host. Her location is even nicer than the photos show. The indoor parking was a great amenity and the living room had great views of the river. Easy drive/walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and breweries. Alexa is very responsive and made check in/out very easy.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! It was quiet and a good family friendly spot. We were able to easily walk to the beach and could have walked into town as well. The condo was clean and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again next year!

I’ve stayed at a few AirBnB’s so far. This was a very memorable experience. Kristen was one of the best hosts I’ve had. Very responsive, clear instructions and her place was beautiful. It was a lot larger than I expected and the parking was great. I would highly recommend her place to anyone!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.
