Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Mansarda piccola ma ben organizzata,situata a due passi dal centro. Ho adorato i due lucernai e la pioggia che batteva sul tetto. Insieme a Lucia ci ha accolto il marito della figlia ,lui è stato particolarmente gentile accompagnandoci all'aeroporto in quanto i taxi erano tutti occupati per via della fiera! Se sarà libera ritorneremo anche il prossimo anno!!! grazieee infinite

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per il week end e possiamo dire che l’appartamento è stato accogliente e ci ha permesso di essere completamente a nostro agio. Ne vale assolutamente la pena. L’host è stato sin da subito responsivo, cordiale e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e consigliamo questo appartamento.

Great location and cool apartment. Only complaint is that it was incredibly hot in the loft and we could not change the temperature of the apartment (21.5° C). Otherwise the apartment was fantastic.

Siamo stati in visita nella splendida città di Ferrara, e abbiamo scelto questo spazio per soggiornare tre giorni, cosa dire! Esperienza davvero molto piacevole, le indicazioni sempre chiare e Alessandro è stato sempre molto gentile. La camera è calda, è molto accogliente, calda e il letto estremamente comodo, il bagno molto spazioso. La corte interna è molto ampia, curata e spaziosa. L’area è molto silenziosa e vicina a tantissimi ristoranti.

“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our stay in Nicola’s place in Bologna was perfect! The apartment is lovely and quiet, and a short walk from the town centre. It’s also only 30 mins walk from the train station which made travelling really easy. I stayed here with my husband and our 8 month old baby and Nicola provided us with a cot which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A well appointed apartment with plenty of space and everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and linen was spotless. Easily walkable to the centre, with interesting shops along the way. Elena herself was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Believe all the five star reviews! Barbara is everything an Air B&B host should aspire to be. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we booked, sharing information about her beloved town and offering to make dinner reservations. She also arranged parking right in front of the B&B. She was there to greet us, as was her personable son who helped my husband with filling a low tire. The home is large and immaculate, with a private walled garden. A must stay for anyone visiting Ferrara.

Carolina and Cristina's apartment was beautiful, well-equipped and just as described. They've doen a fantastic job of renovating the loft space, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Wir füllen uns wie Zuhause. Federico hat sehr gastfreundlich vorbereitet mit Kaffee und Snacks. Er reagierte auch immer sofort wenn wir Fragen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

8 of us visited Bologna for a girls trip and stayed at Matteos apartment. Instructions were clear to follow and getting inside was no problem. The apartment is in a quiet location but remains very easy to access the city centre in minutes on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious even with 8 of us staying. Matteo has been responsive and kind with all communication, he recommended Emilio to us for a pasta making lesson which was fantastic and great value. We had one small problem when something broke completely out of anybody’s control, Matteo was at the apartment within 20 minutes to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Ivan’s place was really nice and comfy, the amenities were also complete, feel right at home! Ivan is also helpful and kind, easy to communicate with, he responded to all of my questions and willing to try to help when I got problem ordering taxi when there’s strike.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

GREAT location. The piazza is amazing with so many great restaurants and cafes and a gelateria literally next door to the entrance of the apartment building. Renters should note that the piazza is a lively place at night and d the cafes stay open after midnight. The lovely sounds of folks chatting and having a good time go on into the night and can be heard from at least one of the bedrooms. I did not mind as I am a “night owl” but if you want absolute silence after 10 pm, maybe consider a different location. Can’t say enough about the beauty and charm and walkability of Ricarrdo’s apartment. What an amazing place to live!
