We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Le logement est un peu reculé mais avec une vue incroyable !!!! Le grand logement, evolutif, est équipé comme à la maison. Tout le nécessaire y est ! cafetière, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver... tout dans le moindre détail. Les petits plus : baignoire et douche balneo ainsi qu'un sauna. Jonathan était aux petit soins aussi. Nous avons pu déguster à notre arrivée un plateau de fromages et charcuteries italienne. Nous avons été informé des activités et restaurants à faire avec précision. Nous avons parlé de vous à "la buvette" où nous avons dégusté et acheter des produits locaux. Nous avons pu profiter d'une semaine avec notre chien dans ce superbe logement, le meilleur que l'on a pu faire. Un GRAND merci à Jonathan et Chiara. Nous avons adoré séjourné dans ce havre de paix et nous vous recommandons à 100000%. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue.

Una vista hermosa, llegada fácil en auto, apartamento limpio y agradable. Unico bémol : La altura de la ducha es un poco baja para una persona alta como yo 1m80.

Ramona ist eine gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben uns in ihrer speziellen «Casa Madonnina» wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Milena war eine grossartige Gastgeberin – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die Umgebung wunderschön mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Ascona und Locarno sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war die Flexibilität beim Check-out. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Für eine grössere Gruppe ist die Wohnung toll, weil zwei Badezimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer vorhanden sind. Die Bushaltestelle, der Coop und das Parkhaus sind nur ein paar Fussminuten entfernt. Auch eine Bäckerei befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Küche ist weniger grosszügig aber gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler.

L’alloggio di Alberto era estremamente pulito e comodo per raggiungere il paese di Santa Maria Maggiore a piedi con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. La strada di accesso è molto stretta, ci passa una sola auto e non è molto facile da individuare, suggerisco di leggere bene le istruzioni fornite per il check-in. In compenso la pace è assoluta, il quartiere è tranquillissimo. Alberto e Valentina sono molto reattivi. Tornerò volentieri nella loro casa in futuro!

Appartement magnifique et propre avec decoration raffiné .Il est tres bien situé, à proximité de tous commerces et mode de déplacement (bateaux, telepherique, bus) pour visiter le lac de Como et ses alentours. Hôte très agreable et réactif. Je recommande vivement!!!!

Stefano war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Host. Die Wohnung ist gross und schön, super zentral gelegen. Die Parkmöglichkeit war etwas umständlich aber dennoch praktikabel. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung rein und auch länger bleiben beim check-out, was super war. Er hat alle Kinderutensilien bereit gestellt. Gerne wieder

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Very friendly and helpful host. Check-in/check-out was really fast and easy. Apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Everything was close by so location is perfect, quiet and in a dead end street. 10 out of 10 points.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Eine Oase inmitten der Natur mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago d‘Orta. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist gepflegt und blitzsauber. Der Kontakt zu Sanne war top und wir wurden vor Ort von Giacomo empfangen, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und sich sofort kümmerte, als ein Problem mit der Heizung auftrat

We were two families that met to spend New Year’s on Lake Como. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place! The bedrooms were spacious and private, plenty of bathrooms, well appointed. The kitchen was great - we cooked our own NYE dinner! But best of all was our panoramic view of the fireworks as we welcomed in 2025 from the penthouse 4th floor! Thanks for being such great hosts!!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa overlooking Lake Como! I was traveling with my sisters and their families and the accomodations were perfect for our large group. The rooms are spacious and most of them had en suite bathrooms. There are breathtaking views from every window. There is a walk from the parking to the house and the property does have a lot of stairs which was difficult for my elderly parents but the owner let us know ahead of our arrival and there was a perfect room for them on the first floor. The parking is narrow, especially for multiple vehicles especially as one of ours was a van, but Maria gave us great directions and we navigated it perfectly. Maria suggested shopping for groceries before arrival which was a good idea and we had a number of delicious family meals in the lovely kitchen and dining room. all in all it was a magnificent way to enjoy this beautiful countryside and make magical memories! Bellisima!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Paul war total toll. Die dachterasse ist ein Traum, der Blick unbezahlbar. Einzig die Zimmersituation war etwas komplizierter als erwartet. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten da. Allerdings sind 2 der 7 angegebenen Zimmer Durchgangszimmer mit einzelbetten und ein Zimmer ist lediglich ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ansonsten hat uns die Villa Breda sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation mit Paul und Antonia waren auch sehr leicht und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank :)

We had a wonderful stay at Simon’s place! The property was easy to find, with plenty of parking nearby. The house itself was cosy, comfortable, and offered absolutely stunning views. There’s so much to do in the area—we were never short of activities. Simon was incredibly friendly and gave us some great local recommendations, which we really enjoyed exploring. Die Unterkunft war vollständig seinen Preis wert. Mattia (und seine Familie) Sind völlig zurecht "Superhosts" und verdienen sogar eine noch bessere Bewertung, wen es sie gäbe. Alles war sehr schön und die Unterkunft ist toll. Sowohl als Basis um den Comer See zu erkunden als auch einfach um dort die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Badezimmer sind modern und riesig, die Ausstattung ist voller gut durchdachter Details.
