Domenico è un Host fantastico! Le condizioni perfette e pulite in cui ho trovato la casa dicono molto sul responsabile. Sempre disponibile, attento, non gli sfugge alcun dettaglio. Persona seria e soprattutto affidabile, colto e simpatico. La casa è situata in una delle migliori zone della città, si può vedere il mondo intero. Grazie Domenico! 👏🏻👌🏼

Több napos nyári városnézésre foglaltuk a szállást. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom, szép a környék, rusztikus hangulatú, szép és nyugodt a ház és a kert. Könnyen elérhetők innen a környező városok. A házigazda házaspár nagyon kedves és készséges, vendégszerető, köszönjük nekik a finom kávét!

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

La villa è splendida , accoglienza impeccabile e gentile, noi siamo un team di dentisti ed assistenti che ha frequantato, in zona , un congresso di 3 gg, la casa è comoda e conviviale splendido anche il giardino . Assolutamente cosigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'alloggio di Simone in 3 adulti, un neonato ed una cagnolina per 3 giorni. Tanti i motivi per cui ci siamo trovati bene e per cui consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare qui: spazi interni dell'alloggio, ampiezza e cura del giardino recintato ad uso esclusivo di chi è ospite (la presenza del recinto tra l'altro è fondamentale per chi come noi si porta dietro il proprio cane), contesto di piena natura dei dintorni, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone come host e ultimo, ma non meno importante, è stato l'alloggio più fornito in assoluto in cui c'è capitato di soggiornare tra Italia ed estero. Insomma lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia staccare la spina dai ritmi cittadini quotidiani e sicuramente noi lo rifaremo!

Das Haus von Renate in Poiano liegt fantastisch. Es ist unglaublich ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick. Wir haben insbesondere die Wandermöglichkeiten genossen. (Dafür nahmen wir dann auch eine Anfahrt per Auto in Kauf, um auf den Monte Cusna oder Monte Cisa etc. zu steigen. Eine entsprechende App. ist hilfreich.) Die Gegend bietet für alle Wanderwünsche und Steigungsgrade viel Angebot, in der Regel trafen wir auch im September nur max. 5 Leute, am Tag; die italienischen Einwohner sind sehr freundlich! Bei den Mountainbiketouren landeten wir häufig in Brombeerdornen etc. ; eher was für sehr geübte. Wir haben die 14 Tage absolut genossen!

Todo ha ido perfecto en nuestro alojamiento. La casa es muy comoda y acogedora y el lugar muy tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Valentina y Tiziana han sido unas anfitrionas increibles, dandonos toda la informacion que necesitabamos e incluso recomendando lugares para visitar y reservandonos en Restaurantes locales. Recomendamos mucho este lugar. Hemos viajado por trabajo y sin duda volveremos. Gracias Tiziana y Valentina.

Ho preso la casa per qualche giorno per fare un ritiro con il gruppo per finalizzare delle registrazioni. Riccardo è stato molto accomodante e gentile ad accogliere la proposta un po'inusuale. La casa è spaziosa ed estremamente luminosa, stare a suonare nel salone è stato molto piacevole. Quando eravamo stanchi dal suonare poi abbiamo potuto godere del giardino e soprattutto del bosco che circonda la casa. Il tutto è per altro a pochi minuti di macchina dall'autostrada, quindi molto comodo. Insomma, lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse staccare un po'dalla città e volesse godersi un po'di pace. Un punto di merito va anche ai genitori di Riccardo che ci hanno accolto all'arrivo, due persone davvero simpatiche e gentili.

We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Bellissima casa ed ottima esperienza specialmente in grandi gruppi anche con bambini

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Wonderful, welcoming and accommodating host and her family. Beautiful house with great ambiance of Italian country living. Great location for day trips in Emilia Romana region. A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la Pruneta di sopra, cette magnifique maison est vraiment logée dans un écrin de tranquillité. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, les cadeaux locaux de bienvenue ont été délicieux et nous ont fait chaud au cœur en arrivant. Toute la famille y compris notre chien a adoré l’immense et magnifique jardin bien clôturé malgré les pluies diluviennes auxquelles nous avons eu droit. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais elle est très belle et très grande. Notre hôte était facile à contacter et répondait rapidement à nos questions. Seul bémol: le chemin est difficile d’accès pour les véhicules long et/ou bas, et après plusieurs jours de pluie notre voiture frottait par terre à plusieurs reprises lors des montées et descentes au village. Bon à savoir mais nous ne regrettons rien vu que cela donne accès à cette perle rare cachée au milieu des montagnes. Si nous repassons dans le coin nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Wir waren zu 7. dort und haben einen Ort gesucht, an dem wir selber niemanden mit unserer Lautstärke stören und wo wir für uns alleine sind. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein bisschen tricky ist, hat es sich gelohnt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche mit Frühstück in der Sonne über den Bergen und Nachmittagen im Pool. Wir konnten uns auf dem großen Gelände austoben und im Pool schwimmen. Am liebsten hat uns sogar die Tischtennisplatte gefallen, wir haben wirklich viele Stunden Rundlauf gespielt. Das Haus hat alles wonach es bedarf. Von extra Decken im Schrank über Salz und Öl im Schrank, einer Kaffeemaschine oder Stiften und Kartenspielen im Regal. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch und sogar Shampoo stand noch in der Dusche. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Amy war super zu erreichen. Wir haben schon überlegt, wann wir mal wieder kommen!

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

Prenotazione effettuata all'ultimo istante. Un bellissimo casale totalmente ristrutturato con piscina privata, ampio spazio esterno e comodo parcheggio; al suo interno abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità possibili come da descrizione. Vista impareggiabile sulle colline bolognesi a pochi km da Bologna. Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo relax, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Ottimo anche per famiglie con bimbi.

We spent a summer-week in Aspero's house with four – more or less grown up – children and the wife of the oldest of them. It was absolutely great! The house has a lot of character and is beautifully situated and designed, the pool is cool in the heat of the day, and there is lots of space for everybody. You do have to be cool with driving on narrow roads to get there, but it's certainly worth it.

Esperienza stupenda in una casa immersa nel verde. Dotata di tutti i comfort per poter vivere un soggiorno senza doversi spostare con la macchina.
