Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

If you want to have an experience to live in olive garden with a beautiful view of Tuscany's hills and historical city - that's a spot! Peaceful, calm, silent with just a noise of nature (morning birds, owl at night). On ground floor you will find nice kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom (that looks better than on pictures), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good wifi. On the first floor 2 charming bedrooms with a nice view. Great spot. Truly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Pisa. Die Unterkunft ist super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Garten mit dem Zitronenbaum ist ein Highlight. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und sofort erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank 🤗

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Très bon accueil d'Annalisa. La maison est grande, très bien équipée et dans un zone calme proche de Lucques en voiture. Bons conseils de nos hôtes, surtout pour manger une bonne pizza !

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

It is a very nice place and highly recommended for a nice weekend in Tuscany. Sandra was very kind and we had our own privacy as well

L’appartamento è come da descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato, in una posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare sia per andare in stazione. Il tocco in più è la super disponibile e affabile Stefania che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Alloggio molto confortevole e veramente a due passi dal mare! L’host è stato molto disponibile e responsive, fornendo anche l’occorrente per una bimba di un anno (seggiolone, lettino con lenzuola e anche un piccolo accappatoio!). Consigliato!

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und es war toll! Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und das Meer ist gut zu erreichen. Schnell gelangt man auch nach Pisa oder Florenz. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte sehr viele nützliche Gegenstände. Selbst ein Bügelbrett. Die Kommunikation war wunderbar und jederzeit sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall !!!

Apartamento perfeito, muito bem cuidado e muito limpo! Giulia sempre pronta para nos auxiliar. Fizemos o check in a noite e Giulia estava lá para nos receber. Havia maneiro para deixar as malas após o check out o que facilitou nosso passeio! Voltaria muitas vezes sem dúvidas.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

La casa si trova vicinissima al mare, è ampia moderna e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e perfettamente funzionante, così come la cucina. C'è un supermercato grande nelle immediate vicinanze, un punto vendita di una pescheria, il lungomare proprio davanti e molti locali. Ovidio ci ha permesso un late check-out, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Siamo stati bene, raccomandiamo questo alloggio

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!
