Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Castiglioncello

Ottima location in una posizione strategica di Viareggio, direttamente sulla passeggiata e a pochi passi da tutto ciò che serve (ristoranti, bar, supermercati, etc) L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, non molto grande ma funzionale con tutto ciò che serviva e con un ottimo sfogo nella zona veranda. Tutti i servizi erano presenti, pulito ed ordinato con tutto ciò che serviva. Sicuramente è consigliato!

Serena ed Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi nell'anticipare il check-in, nonostante l'avessimo programmato più tardi. Sono stati anche molto disponibili nell'indicarci dei posti da visitare e ristoranti dove poter mangiare alcuni piatti tipici. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso, posizionato in pieno centro di San Vincenzo. Situato davvero a pochi passi dal mare e dalla via principale piena di locali, dove è possibile passeggiare e sperimentare ogni giorno un posto nuovo.

Alloggio molto confortevole e veramente a due passi dal mare! L’host è stato molto disponibile e responsive, fornendo anche l’occorrente per una bimba di un anno (seggiolone, lettino con lenzuola e anche un piccolo accappatoio!). Consigliato!

Appartamento molto pulito ordinato, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e la zona è molto comoda per il centro. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente, una nota positiva al tabacchino ci sono abbonamenti giornalieri e settimanali. L'host risponde in tempi brevissimi ed è molto disponibile e reattivo.

the host met me at the unit. she showed me around the house and showed me how to use the induction stove. she was very friendly and responsive. The house was beautiful with a view of the sea from the terrace. the house was clean and well appointed. totally satisfied and will definitely come back if I am in San Vincenzo.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We were greeted in person - a pleasant experience. More peesonal than a self-checkin. Got a bottle of wino as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful. Would definitely return :)

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

Ho soggiornato per 8 notti ad inizio agosto con mio figlio e fin da subito mi sono sentita completamente a mio agio nell’appartamento dove ho trovato tutto il comfort e la discrezione che cercavo. La zona è davvero perfetta. Proprio sotto casa ci sono le mie pasticcerie e i miei ristoranti preferiti! Il Conad è a due passi e la zona del mercato proprio dietro casa è bellissima da frequentare al mattino con le sue vie pedonali e tutti i negozietti. Gianmarco è un host super gentile e premuroso. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Fomos sempre acompanhados pelo Andrea, muito atencioso sempre interessado em saber sobre a nossa situação. Sempre respondia prontamente as dúvidas que surgiram. Ficamos 24 noites com o apartamento, mas dormimos algumas noites em outras cidades da Itália e tudo andou muito bem. Foi um prazer ficar no apartamento de Andrea e Beatrice. Valeu muito a viagem!

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.
