We loved staying at Sebastiano's place. It was very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Gandria is a small and quaint charming village. We enjoyed spending time on the quiet, peaceful balcony watching the ducks swim by and the occasional kayakers. The kitchen is well equipped and there are comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace and a sofa in the sunken living room with a nice TV. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable for a couple or two couples. Sebastiano was always responsive and he's a very nice and caring host. Thanks for a great stay, Sebastiano!

This is a gorgeous home with stunning views of Lake Como. Very comfortable, quiet, and private. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is important to have your own car to get to this location as walking to town would be challenging. Once we discovered the parking lots in town, using the car to get back and forth was not a problem. Highly recommend this home.

Great location near the lake and also near other towns if like us you're planning on travelling around the lake. lovely and clean and with great amenities, nice outside area to sit and have drinks of an evening. Great host that is just a message away. thanks again

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Landhaus mitten in den Bergen auf einem kleinen Weingut. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt in diese Location. Der Blick auf die Berge, den hinter Palmen und Pampasgras versteckten Lago Maggiore und den Verzasca Staudamm ist sensationell. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, doch Dank Albertos telefonischer Erreichbarkeit ging es dann sehr gut. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gibt es auch. Man hat tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, die uns Alberto als Empfehlung geschickt hat. Im nahen Gordola findet man auch alles was man braucht. Wir planen sehr gerne wieder zu kommen. Siamo stati molto bene nella casa di Benedetta. Alloggio elegante, confortevole, pulitissimo, con letti comodi e biancheria di qualità, situato al piano terra di una splendida villa con grande parco affacciata sul lago di Como. Comodissimo il parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Posizione vicinissima all'entrata della villa del Balbianello e al traghetto che permette di raggiungere Bellagio e altre località sul lago. Vicino ad un supermercato molto fornito e ad una rosticceria con buona scelta di piatti pronti. Ringraziamo Benedetta per l'ospitalità, la sollecitudine e la gentilezza nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Perfekte Unterkunft, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und herzlicher Gastgeber, super Empfehlungen, tolle Surfschule vor Ort (wir haben einen 4-tägigen Windsurf-Kurs gemacht). Die Terrasse mit Ausblick haben wir geliebt! Carlo und seine Unterkunft können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Und wer Surfen lernen möchte, ist in Domaso genau am rechten Fleck gelandet!

This location is the ultimate Bellagio experience. Though I came in the off-season, the views were spectacular and I was able to experience the wonderful nearby shops and restaurants. The local recommendations from Daniela did not disappoint! Our space was very clean and so comfortable. Very spacious and felt private. Not noisy at all. I can’t wait to return to Bellagio. I would definitely stay in this exact location again.
