Lage des Hauses ist der Wahnsinn. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Einziges Manko von unserer Seite aus: Etwas mehr Spülmaschinentabs und ein paar Küchenutensilien, wie Backpapier, Alufolie, eine Auswahl an Gewürzen, .. wäre noch schön gewesen und das Waschbecken in der Toilette ist locker. Ich kann die Unterkunft aber ansonsten nur empfehlen. Privatstrand direkt vorm Haus, ein paar kleine Riffe zum Schnorcheln und eine ruhige Lage. Als kleiner Tipp unserer Seits: So viel Lebensmittel wie möglich kaufen, bevor man auf die Insel kommt. Einkaufen ist sehr teuer!

We absolutely loved this beautiful beach house and Fernandez Bay Beach. September is when most restaurants are closed, we were so thankful Jana had such a well stocked kitchen. We did enjoy conch salad at Duke’s twice and delicious dinners twice at Hidden Treasures at Regatta/Cultural Park. Water view out both bedrooms, dining area, living room and back porch was spectacular! Amazing sunrises off front porch over the coconut tree and sunsets from the back porch. Great snorkeling, kayaking and exploring by the rocks in all directions. Cat Island is friendly, natural, uncrowded. Alvernia’s Food Store was great for car rental and the freshest groceries/good selection during our 2 week stay. The Cat Island map made it easy to explore/adventure out each day, great pics! Always nice to be back at the beach house for a swim and outdoor shower! Nice hot indoor showers if rain approached. Definitely planning to return! Thankful to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary at such a special place!

This is our second visit at White Ocean Coral, and you cannot beat the direct beach location and incredible views from every room! Home is clean, private, and with the amenities you need for a proper vacation. Excellent communication with the caretaker and owner of the home, and if you’ve been to Cat Island, you know how special it is. You can stroll the beach right in front of the house and not see anyone, it’s like your own private piece of paradise. We feel so lucky to have found this home and will be back!

Our 3rd time staying at Casa Bella and wont be the last. Beautiful beach and view, everything went very well. We enjoyed the reef snorkeling and beach. Dinner at Hidden Treasures and the new chef at the Greenwood Resort made for some very nice meals out! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and overall the house is comfortable and very clean.

My stay at Fountain Bay was amazing! I only stayed a day but it felt like a week due to the hospitality of my host, Wendy. The resort itself sits on a beautiful beach that that is pristine. I was also blown away by the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything exceeded my expectations. Fountain Bay is a must visit. See Wendy & Thera!

This was our third trip to the island, and by far, the best stay we've had! Cat was incredibly responsive and provided great insights. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The king-size bed was a treat and we loved watching the hermit crabs and lizards roam around daily. The beach was peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling, both of which were fantastic. Power outages were minimal (to be expected on the island), and while water pressure on cisterns can be a bit low, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, we had a perfect week in our favorite place and would highly recommend this property!

We spent two glorious weeks at Fix Ya Face and as we left today we realized…it did fix our faces! Months of stress left us, replaced by smiles and relaxation on our faces. The house, the view, and the location are ideal. It’s a short path to the beach and a short path to Shannas Cove restaurant if you enjoy incredible, unique, chef-designed meals in an intimate setting as we do! The house is very well appointed. We lacked nothing. We’ve explored many of the beaches around the island and you can’t beat the location of this home on Shannas Cove for swimming, safe snorkeling, and walking. There was always something to see! The view from the house is breathtaking. Kelly and Windy are wonderful hosts and we look forward to returning next year!

Stayed here with a few friends to celebrate my 40th bday. I was looking for a wild and rustic destination that had authentic character and this spot fit the bill perfectly. Cat island’s relative isolation and lack of major development can and maybe should scare off some visitors. But for us, the effort it took to get here was repaid 10 fold. And the Spirit House and Andrew (the host) felt particularly special on top of all that. Don’t expect a tv or luxurious amenities (we don’t need them anyway). But you can walk to the beaches close by (bring close toed shoes on the rocks), swim in crystal clear water, fish, nap, star gaze, etc. Or if you need a little more socialization, brave the bumpy roads and hit up some of the local establishments and connect with some friendly locals over cracked conch and Kalik. Can’t wait to come back.
