This is a wonderful space for a quiet, private getaway. The amenities are fantastic and there is ample space for a large group. We even encountered a very minor issue with a broken cabinet and they had someone in the following morning to repair it (not at all necessary, but very appreciated). The pool area feels lush & has plenty of outdoor seating (including a covered area). There was also an abundance to explore in the area, by bike or car, it has beautiful surroundings.

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

This a faboulous property with a wonderful host. Just one word of caution: don't try to attempt to park the car on the property. (unless it is mini). We tried and got scratches. In a matter of fact, every local car we saw had scratches. The spaces are so narrow, that to avoid it is just unrealistic. One of the reviewers mentioned ants. On the first day when I put a bag with food on the floor, there were lots of them in a matter of minutes. However, after we started storing food to the fridge and cabinets, they disappeared. Overall, we had a fantastic expierence: views, walk to Sorrento, boat trip, were all memorable. All Valentina's recommendations were great.

Quelle belle surprise ! Logement paisible en pleine campagne, très propre … cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains, lits confortables… Mark a été adorable: 48 heures avant notre arrivée nous avions une vidéo explicative pour arriver à l’hébergement… le jour même à 12h00 nous avions un message pour nous dire que nous pouvions anticiper notre arrivée car le logement était prêt ! La perfection… sans oublier les serviettes de bain pour la douche … et le jacuzzi ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace détente après une journée bien remplie ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Merci Mark …

Muy cómodo el departamento, la ubicación e instalaciones. Algo a destacar es que tiene lavarropas y espacio para colgar ropa, muy práctico para quienes vengan viajando varios días seguidos. Giorgio muy amable y predispuesto.

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für 5 Nächte bei Emanuela zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist wunderschön und ruhig und der Pool ist fantastisch. Wir haben hilfreiche Tips für Strände und Restaurants erhalten und hatten einen wirklich tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Amazing location. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough so that you have tranquility. Clean. Good internet. Nice decor. I cannot say enough good things about the host. She was like family.

The stay was according to expectations. Cornelia picked us up at train station. Very nice! The beds in childrens room are quite firm. Nice location, close to beaches, and we were offered good towels for bathing. A sharp knife for cutting bread, and some reading lights by the beds, would have made us rank the place 6/5 :-)

This place is incredible! The views are stunning, it’s located in a beautiful central area in Praiano that is very close to charming restaurants, markets and a beach. Gemma, our check in host was so sweet and gifted us a homemade tiramisu upon arrival. She doesn’t speak much English so be sure to brush up on Italian or have google translate ready as she has very helpful information about the area, how to get around town and fun local events that you won’t want to miss out on. We are so grateful to her and Giuseppe for offering us such an amazing experience.

Very neath quit apartment in a lovely area. a nice sunny balcony with partly view on the beautiful Lungomare. You can hear and smell the sea. Fransesco is a very good and proactive host. Always responding within minutes and helpful. i’ve really enjoyed my staying here.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

Einfach idyllisch. Im Herzen von Cartellone - dem ehemals jüdischen Viertel von Modica. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf die gesamte Altstadt samt beider Duomi, San Pietro und San Giorgio. Unglaublich geschmackvoll, schlicht und modicanisch gestaltet - mit extra feinem Händchen für Details aus der Historie Modicas. Großes Lob hier auch an Peppe, den Maior Domus - welcher Catarina vorort vertritt. War vier Wochen Gast und hab mich sofort - schon vorm Betreten der Wohnung - zuhause gefühlt; ja es hat gar geschmerzt als ich die Wohnung verließ. Herzlichen Dank für die Erschaffung dieses magischen Ortes. Von mir gibts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Everything we needed in a characterful property in a great location.

Der Check-In erfolgte problemlos nach vorheriger Absprache. Salvatore hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und immer leicht zu erreichen. Obwohl die Gastgeber gleich nebenan wohnen, ist die Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa an sich ist traumhaft schön. Auf der Terrasse ist man von zahlreichen mediterranen Kübelpflanzen umgeben und hat einen direkten Blick aufs Meer. Obwohl sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden, haben wir am liebsten auf „unserer“ Terrasse gesessen und die Abendstimmung genossen. Nach Tages- Ausflügen ist es außerdem sehr angenehm, sich am „Privatstrand“ zu entspannen und ein Bad im Meer zu nehmen. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Luftmatratze, alles ist vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Salvatore!

Clean, spacious apartment in a very walkable area close to shops, groceries and restaurants. A comfortable stay for our family of 4, we highly recommend this apartment!

Daniela met us at the Piazza and walked us to the AirBnb while showing us around the area. She recommended some amazing restaurants and bakeries and suggestions on using public transport. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was at the perfect location close to the Piazza with not too many steps . Even though the streets are busy, you don't hear the noise inside.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. La posizione è ideale: nel cuore di Chiaia, un quartiere elegante e vivace, ricco di palazzi storici, negozi e ristoranti, e a breve distanza dal lungomare. L’edificio, dallo stile antico e con servizio di portineria, assicura tranquillità e sicurezza. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, perfettamente attrezzato e affacciato su un delizioso giardino che dona un’atmosfera rilassante. Pulizia impeccabile e proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

You HAVE to stay here! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the terrace view is gorgeous. Candida was unavailable at the time, but she was communicative and her friend Maria checked us in. She was very responsive, kind and helpful. She gave us a full tour and she provided tons of local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! (There’s also an elevator so you do not have to travel up all the flights of stairs with your luggage, but there are steps to get all the way down to the beach so be ready for a walk!)

esta propiedad fue excepcional. nos encanto todo en la casa de Giuseppe. es una preparada para la comodidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar una muy buena estadía. el anfitrión fue tremendo, muy amable, colaborador y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. es una persona muy agradable. la casa está en un buen lugar, para nosotros fue perfecto pues llegamos tarde porque estábamos en ruta y el anfitrión nos permitió reservar a última hora y entrar a nuestro pedido. le agradezco mucho por haberme considerado. esta casa realmente es recomendable al 100%

This place is incredible! Very nicely redone apartment right near the port. Took about 5 minutes to walk to the apartment after getting off the ferry. I took my grandfather to Italy for his birthday and Carlo made us feel extremely welcome! He knows a lot of people on the island and can help you with any and all your requests. We ate breakfast at the bar he owns every morning and he offered many tips to help plan our day! On the morning of my grandfathers birthday he even came out and had the whole restaurant sing tanti auguri(happy bday) to him. It was great and my grandfather was very touched! Although there isn’t a common area in the home there is a great gathering space outside with a great view and kitchenette out there as well. This didn’t bother us because you’re on Capri you don’t need to be inside!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the island! Very easy to get around from this apartment.
