Absolutely love this place! So private, on a ton of land with a gate and everything, and so many amenities, the indoor pool is absolutely crazy! Love it

We loved our stay. This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We were here in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake but it was still beautiful. Great hot tub, nice fire pit with firewood provided. The house had so many fun things to do. There were games, karaoke, pool table, workout room, big screen movie area, and great outdoor spaces. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen functional and the beds were great. There were Plenty of towels, soft linens and comfy blankets. Definitely recommend and would return.

Had great experience at J & A Lake Property. When we initially decided to go on a trip just relax but not to explore places near by. After search we found this great amazing place with the best lake views and peaceful neighborhood. You get the best lake view sunroom to enjoy your morning tea with duck enjoying in the lake. All our friends & family thoroughly enjoyed the place and kids had the best time ever. Will highly recommended this place. Thank you.

McKenna was a very accommodating host, we had to change our dates a number of times and she was very helpful. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped.

Wonderful vacation home!! This property is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! It is probably the most well stocked vacation home I have ever rented! The home was very clean, terrific views, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a large group. We hope to return in the summer to take more advantage of the lake! Cynthia is a terrific host, highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Norman cottage while our home was being renovated. The stunning views, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch amenities made it a perfect retreat. The home was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and incredibly kid-friendly—our kids loved the cute bunk beds! The hosts were friendly and super responsive, making sure everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the extra details like oversized plush towels and high-end toiletries, which made our stay feel extra special. This place truly has it all—gorgeous scenery, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Whether for a getaway or an extended stay, we highly recommend it and would love to return!

We stayed here for a girls weekend for a bachelorette party. The house was secluded in a cozy area and the house matched the pictures beautifully. The decor and the beds and house were adorable. The house was clean. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. There were 7 of us and we fit perfectly. Anything I needed Denise was super responsive and helpful. The phone service is nonexistent however the strong WiFi allows for you to still make phone calls and send texts. Denise even left us a bottle of wine for our weekend celebration. The location is definitely more secluded (45-60 minutes from downtown.) We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Denise was wonderful and the house was GORGEOUS.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed here with my family and in laws for thanksgiving. The place is stunning, just as shown in the pictures, very clean, and incredibly well stocked. They thought of literally every details. Hosts were also incredible responsive…we needed a step stool and they dropped off two options within 10 minutes. We will absolutely be back. The place was spacious and was great for our group, two families with lots of kids ranging from toddlers to teens. The game room, outdoor sand play area and kayaks really made this spot for us. The house has its quirks as some have mentioned, but it was clean, beds were comfortable and happy memories were made.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved this home and property. It is in a neighborhood, but it is so private and feels secluded. We were very comfortable here. The home smelled great! The beds were SO comfortable. The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again the future.

The property location was perfect on the Lake and close to Restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and highlights of the area.

AvantStay was great to work with. Great communication up to and thru the stay. The cabin was immaculate and looked just like the photos. The in-house signage was super helpful and we felt right at home in no time. I'll definitely use AvantStay in the future.

Spotles squeeke clean place. Can't think of anything that I could point out that was wrong with the cleanliness of the cabin. The attention to detail is outstanding. The cabin is equipped with everything and more that the visitor may need. Quiet peaceful sorroundings. Communication with host was easy and quick to respond. We had a great time at Tom's cabin and if around the are again, will chose this place to stay, rest and enjoy the quietness it offers.

Joey allowed us a late check out due to personal needs! He did this without hesitation! The stay was lovely, the cabin was amazing!

My 3 friends and I drove 9 hrs from NJ to spend the wknd with a friend in Mooresville. Our 1st (of several) OMG moments came as we pulled in (and down) the driveway and saw the lake right in front us. James place was AMAZING! The external pics don't do the place justice. The cabin is only minutes from shopping and great dining. The location right on the lake is priceless. Hanging on the boat dock or sitting on the porch watching the sunset were highlights of our stay. My friends and I loved the house! We highly recommend it and will be back again.
