It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Karen was helpful in sending recommendations and communication regarding the impact of Helene on the area. Always answered questions and put us at ease. The suite was beautiful and the amenities were nice and the views were great. Instructions were helpful. I would highly recommend this suite

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment I reserved, I had communication from the host. The instructions booklet provided in the home was very organized and made things so simple. The place was immaculate. Leading me to believe it could’ve even been built yesterday. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice touch and definitely use those amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great all the way out to the lake where I sat to get work done. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the neighbors were quiet . The bathroom towels were thick and large, and there were separate towels for the hot tub . The shower was spacious and enjoyed the provided soaps. It was definitely worth the value and will recommend and stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. My new favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter at school in Davidson. The setting is peaceful and there are water activities provided right outside the door. Lore was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

We loved our stay on Lake Norman! Couldn’t beat the location as it was right on the water and super close to the wedding venue we were traveling there for. Plenty of space and plenty to do on site for our crew. Host was very friendly, responsive, and gave clear check-in/check-out instructions. Huge bonus was access to kayaks to take out on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend for a bachelorette party. The house was secluded in a cozy area and the house matched the pictures beautifully. The decor and the beds and house were adorable. The house was clean. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. There were 7 of us and we fit perfectly. Anything I needed Denise was super responsive and helpful. The phone service is nonexistent however the strong WiFi allows for you to still make phone calls and send texts. Denise even left us a bottle of wine for our weekend celebration. The location is definitely more secluded (45-60 minutes from downtown.) We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Denise was wonderful and the house was GORGEOUS.

This home is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and great restaurants. Giovanni is an excellent host who responds quickly and kindly.

Our stay at this Lake Norman property was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right on the water with stunning views and easy access to everything the lake has to offer. The home was spotless upon arrival, and you can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. One of the best features was having the boat available to rent on-site—it made exploring the lake effortless and so much fun! We also loved the added amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, and fishing poles, which made for great memories with our family. The fireplace inside was perfect for cozy evenings, and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway on Lake Norman. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a group of six stay at the house for a month, and we had a perfect stay! Location was great, cost was correct, the house was clean, and most importantly the owners were extremely receptive and he needs we had. With a long stay things of course would pop up, and our messages were always returned immediately, the willingness to help out in anyway possible. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful stay we had. The photos do not do it justice; the house is gorgeous and you immediately feel at home. The pool and lake combination meant we had everything we needed! We will absolutely be back. John proactively brought an outside fan when the temperatures got hot outside, and along with the beautiful shade from the deck it was perfect. Kids and adults and our pup had an absolutely perfect stay.

A wonderful space, appointed with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Comfortable beds, fluffy large towels & very clean. The coffee & snacks were a huge hit!

Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.

Katie was super responsive to messages & txt. Very proactive in communicating a wifi interruption from the carrier & providing alternative access. Super clean & comfortable unit. Good location yet quite surroundings.
