Had a lovely stay over Christmas with the family. Chris went out of her way to make it Christmasy by putting up decorations, lights and providing Christmas crackers and a superbly decorated tree. The welcome pack including milk, butter and tea and the mulled wine and chocolates was a wonderful seasonal touch. Would certainly love to stay again.

Jane is extremely helpful and always responsive. The place is more than big enough for a family of 4 (with older children). It is located centrally, close to Goodsheds and the fantastic Craft Republic bar. Also a shout out to the pizzas in the Front Room (Pumphouse). Fantastic curries at Shahi Noor. Cardiff is easily accessible via Barry station (5 mins walk).

Absolutely fantastic, very comfortable, plenty of space, really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Very nice place for my family. Close to Cardiff centre and lots to do. Very comfortable for all ages in my family and perfect sized garden for our dog. House was clean and very well stocked to make dinner and prep for Christmas with the family. Wife and Nan commented on the nice art work on the walls. Host was very informative with check in and parking options but left us to enjoy our stay without bothering us. Would stay again when visiting family in Cardiff.

Wonderfully located in Merthyr Tydfil, this Airbnb is comfortable, warm, and well-appointed. Its proximity to the hospital made it perfect for our visit

Brilliant place to stay, lovely inside and out. The hosts were very responsive when we bought more wood from them and friendly. The bathroom shower was stone cold but the taps on the bath were fine and the onsuite shower was fine. Hot tub was gorgeous! It was very easy to check in and the place was well equipped with lovely furniture and decor. We enjoyed eating our breakfast by the big pane glass window and watching the donkeys! Oh and the games room was a bit of fun :) there is lots to explore with cheddar gorge and western supermear being a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The lovely stay in the laundry cottage enhanced our holiday experience tremendously. The gardens are beautiful, the pool a joy to swim in and the surroundings peaceful and quaint. We walked to the nature preserve with amazing sand dunes and a big beach and Ogmore castle. Our hosts Lana and Rory were very responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back soon for more exploring.

Had an amazing time at the home this weekend. The house was better than I anticipated. Plenty of room and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The bar and cinema were amazing for entertaining. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was available to answer my questions even late in the evening. I would highly recommend this booking and would love to stay again.

The place was lovely. Clean, comfortable bed, and not much space for much else. If you come in the winter, it does stay pretty chilly, as the heater can’t quite keep up. But the stay was overall enjoyable and did the job well.

We had a lovely couple of nights in the peaceful countryside. Made the most of the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the games room. The underfloor heating warmed up the cottage quickly and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and plates etc. Hosts were really helpful and responsive and gave great local information. If you are taking a dog just to be aware there is not an enclosed garden. Could imagine this being a fabulous place to stay in the summer but it was lovely enough in the winter too!

A lovely place to stay, loads of room. Great view of the river. Helen gave great clear instructions. A lovely quiet complex within easy walk to the bay. If we head to the bay again we would 100% stay again. Thank you Helen xx

Great house, Tony was a lovely host very responsive answered all questions . House was lovely and very clean and very close drive to the beach . Only thing we thought it could do with some blinds in the dinning living space . Was a great weekend stay

We were very satisfied with our stay at Pearl's. On arrival a couple of the lights were not working but when contacted the matter was quickly resolved. The property was an excellent choice for a family gathering and to explore the local area. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a brilliant time staying here for a 5 days. The cottage was extremely cosy and exactly how described. The location was perfect for us as allowed for a quiet break whilst also being close enough to Cardiff (Easy and cheap to reach via train) and the Brecon Beacons for days out. There are local shops and pubs in walking distance and the cottage has everything you could need for making yourself any meals. We were also left some welcome gifts including some Welsh cakes which were truly lovely! An ideal place to stay if wanting a quiet getaway with your partner!

Great stay! Very cosy vibe, friendly touch with a personalised message and Welsh cakes on arrival! Was great having fresh towels there, nice clean bedding, shower gel and shampoo in the shower was a great addition. Enough seats for the 5 of us, plenty of tableware, kitchen facilities very easy to use! Food delivery was available to the address. Loved Aberdare park a quick walk away, it was beautiful and perfect for taking the dog out and loved the guest book with local recommendations! The four waterfalls walk was perfect for a short trip! Overall a lovely stay, I was definitely recommend and happily stay again!

Claire’s place is gorgeous! Cosy and warm with beautiful rustic charm. It felt like quite an adventure getting down the lanes in the dark but clear instructions and a warm welcome. Field was great for the dog and that and the nearby beaches meant he didn’t want to come home. We had a relaxing weekend and would definitely come again.

Maahv and Taz we're fantastic hosts, very responsive to every query I had. We we're greeted upon arrival at the expected time and shown around the house. The communication was clear and replies we're prompt, it made the whole booking a breeze. The house was exactly as expected based on the advert, would highly recommend for a large group looking to visit Cardiff.

Samantha's place was amazing. Clean and tidy, exactly as represented in the photos and description. As a host, Samantha was incredibly friendly and communicative and gave me great recommendations of places nearby. When I'm next in the area I will definitely book again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
