Great house and great back yard. House had everything you would possible need, so well stocked. Back yard got the sun all day and was so private and peaceful. The grapefruit tree was a real treat. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would happily stay again.

We felt right at home at her beautiful home . Location was perfect for us as we were attending Indian Wells tennis tournament.

The house was nice and just like the photos. Short Uber ride from downtown. Check in at the host’s office was easy and they offered late checkout at no extra charge.

Lovely. As described. Near a park. Nice vibes. Fair amount of cooking and serving dishes. The pool and spa were heated as arranged and great. The check-in is on the later side and check-out on the early side if that's relevant to one's plans.

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

Could not have asked for a more perfect stay - I could write a novel on how much we loved it here. Kate's house is, quite literally, our dream house. When we buy a bigger place, I think I'll be asking for the blueprint. The barn/farmhouse style has beautiful wood accents but lots of windows that let in tons of light - this is huge for us, as our place at home has very limited natural light. Anyway, can't say enough about this place, I hope we get to come back every year. If you're looking for somewhere to relax by the pool, explore Joshua Tree, check out the local saloon - it's just perfect. Don't hesitate - just book it!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and the backyard is wonderful with a nice clean pool and hot tub, grill, putting green, and deck chairs with umbrellas. Great relaxing place! In and out of the neighborhood was easy with their directions, and when we did have questions they were very quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Erica’s home was INCREDIBLE and looked exactly the way it did in the photos. We also needed a place that was going to be pet friendly as we have 2 little fur-babies that were coming along. Erica was so accommodating, checking in and out was a breeze, and my entire family (which included 2 teens and a pre-teen) had the best time enjoying our family get away as well as celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday. We definitely plan on returning again and plan to stay longer when we do!

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

My family and I had a wonderful trip here. The instructions given were clear and helpful to find the place, and everything was as described. If we needed anything the hosts were quick to respond and sent things our way. Everything was clean and tidy, just a few stains on carpet which we sent photos of upon arrival to make sure we didn’t have issues after checking out, but not a big deal. A/C worked great, hot water in bath was great, only thing is hot water in taps didn’t really get hot, but maybe that’s just a thing with the condo, not sure, didn’t really matter though. The area was safe, neighbours super friendly, great restaurants and ice cream walking distance. Pool is lovely and quite private. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back! Pack and play crib was provided for our toddler, which we set up in the large closet so that he had his own “room”, which worked fine - just kept the door cracked for air flow as there was no vent in there. Thanks again!

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! We enjoyed the apartment and the community grounds, quick access to Palm Springs, walking the neighborhood streets, and proximity to markets. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? Thank you Sally.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Perfect place to stay for the night.

The pool out front was definitely the highlight. It's beautiful to hang out there. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools which we appreciated. We had a few issues getting one of the TVs to work properly, but unplugging the apple box and plugging it back in seemed to take care of it. We needed a few things during our stay and Ken was always very responsive and friendly. I have a bad back and need a firm mattress which you don't always get, but one of the beds was just perfect for me. His place is rather close to the airport and (depending on the wind and flight path being used) we were woken some mornings starting at 5am by the planes. Having said that, I would still return to his place.

Brandi's place was the perfect spot for our small Bachelorette party group! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The pool was so relaxing, and the game room was a perfect place to play games if you wanted to get out of the sun! Brandi was extremely communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful well-appointed space in the stunning Yucca Valley and I will be coming back as soon as possible. We were a party of 4 friends living all over the world, making the most of a few days together. If you bring food and drink with you - as we did - there is no reason to live. The pool and hot tub are magnificent, and the place is private and comfortable. Andrew provided lots of information and was a very responsive and welcoming host.

We liked that it had 4 bedrooms. One room occupants do need to walk on the other side to use bathroom or can use master en-suite, but it was fine. Hosts were very responsive and appreciated that they didn’t make us do a lot of chores upon our exit. Close enough to stores etc and PS downtown was easy bc no traffic! We did not request pool heat but it was warm enough !

Our group had an amazing stay! The house had more than adequate space for our groups' needs and our favorite spot to gather was in the kitchen. The place was very clean and had entertainment to keep us busy on our short weekend getaway. We also loved the short walkable distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Although there were minor setbacks out of our control, we still made the best use of the place and our host was very responsive to making things right. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward for the chance to be back!

We had a dream vacation at this place. House is beautiful, clean, luxurious and well stocked with numerous amenities. The property was clean, stunning, private and well kept, with an amazing view of the mountains. Pleasant communication with Patrick. Really appreciate that Judy was waiting for us at checkin to explain everything, and was responsive, helpfull and courteous throughout the stay. Nothing to complain. Beautiful, serene, quite, and safe neighborhood.

Leave it to two sisters to design and equip the perfect Airbnb! Super comfortable, lovely furnishings and everything you might need to enjoy a stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen so well equipped that it was easy to cook a meal for 5. Everything worked and was very easy to manage. The space was beautiful with very high ceilings and plenty of space. We loved the patio and the hot tub as well. Honestly, this was the best Airbnb of all our travels and Suzanne is just a lovely person to work with. We definitely are coming back to this gem. Thank you to our hosts!
