vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! Thank you so much, Ma'am Marj! ♥️ If you're a first-time visitor to Cebu and looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay close to the main attractions, I highly recommend this one!

This place is perfect for those that want to be away from the overcommercialized, touristy areas of the PH. Therefore, you will not have malls, bars, dive shops, westernized restaurants within walking distance, etc, etc. It is in the mountains - quiet, secluded, peaceful. You absolutely will need transportation, *ideally your own motorbike*, as the location is an (enjoyable) 15 minute ride (5kmish) just to get down to the nearest town. Maria and Chris are responsive to messages, often within 15 minutes or less, and are full of local knowledge and advice. Maria is a great cook, and she will accomodate reasonable requests outside the posted menu :) They have made my 13 day stay comfortable and quite enjoyable. You will experience a semi-provincial stay at this AirBnB, but no worries, different levels of westernized amenities are within 25 minutes of Catmon if you need it... I just wish this AirBnB has a microwave! I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks guys!

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Wir haben hier übernachtet, da wir am nächsten Tag von Mactan Airport Cebu geflogen sind. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Airports. Restaurants und Einkaufszentren sind gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Appartement

I highly recommend this place!!! 💯💯💯 the unit is exactly the same as the photos..got everything you need. It feels very homey with It's minimalist design, pristine condition, k-feels ambiance and a very accommodating host. will definitely stay here again on my nxt vacay!! 👌😉

Very cozy place.

We had a nice stay at Jose place, the room looked like the pictures. very quiet at the 16 floor, alot of restraunt and places to eat within walking distance. We were even granted an early check in wich we appreciated so much. Will stay again if in the area.

Rex's place was great, me and my team had a great and relaxing stay although we expected much about the pool..but over all, it was great...also worth to mention, the staff were helpful and very accommodating..thanks

Lovely is a great host. Had a warm in-person welcome even when I arrived at such an unholy hour (past midnight), and she was still all smiles and very helpful. Always responsive and pro-active, regularly checking with me if I needed anything. The place is as shown in the pictures, with most.of what you need to feel at home away from home. We loved our stay at titos place, had everything we needed and exactly as described. Brilliant value for money, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone who was visiting cebu, mandaue. Tito is such a friendly and proactive host which makes all the difference

Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!!
