Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

In town for the Military Bowl and location was perfect. Loved the yard and would love to visit in the warmer months! Yarrow was excellent and had great recommendations! Highly recommend!

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

Douglas’s house was absolutely amazing, and way bigger than expected, it held our little group of family and friends perfectly, more than enough even. Everything you need is right there, in a cozy home. The kitchen is amazing and the backyard is beautiful.

We’re so glad we found Brandon’s place! We needed somewhere nearby while our home was being renovated, and this spot was perfect. We were especially grateful it was pet-friendly—our pups loved the daily walks at Patterson Park! It was also a treat to explore some new local restaurants. The space felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. Brandon was a great host—super responsive and kind. We’d definitely come back or recommend it to friends and family!

Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurie's home! It was a great location and the home matched the description. We had everything we could have asked for and more, and Laurie was a great host. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our needs. Our church was having a retreat at nearby Camp Letts, and we wanted more comfortable sleeping than the camp bunk beds. Due to all the retreat activities, we didn't actually get a chance to enjoy the house much other than sleep and eat breakfast there, but place was really nice.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

This was the best Airbnb experience ever! The apartment is very charming and clean. The brick wall in the bedroom and the fireplace is beautiful. It has a very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved walking to to the corner of Seventh and Pennsylvania Avenue which has great restaurants and an awesome bookstore. Riding the city bike from the baseball stadium to the apartment was a lot of fun as there is a spot close by to the aprtment to drop it off. Monica and Traci are so caring and wonderful hostesses. We will definitely be back.

Ingrid and Jay were very welcoming - they made us feel like family friends instead of Airbnb guests. The carriage home was charming and decorated nicely. It felt like home for the weekend!

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We loved staying at Rafi's place and would definitely stay again for our next Baltimore trip. The house is just as described, with plenty for kids to do. There are also helpful items for young ones, like a baby gate and high chair and plastic ware for kids, plus lots of toys and games. The stairs are pretty steep but the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs is so helpful. If you're taller than 5'8", the basement ceiling has a few spots worth avoiding. Otherwise the house is great and we were so impressed by how responsive and proactive Rafi was. One small issue popped up and he had it handled very quickly. It was a great time and we so appreciate all of it.

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!

Natasha was so welcoming, and the place really has anything you would need! She is very responsive and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay, especially since we brought our dog!

Nicole's place was restful and enjoyable to stay in for a weekend. Our pup loved the backyard! Nicole showed some extra care to our dog while we there, and had great recommendations of enjoyable outdoor areas to take our dog. If we are in the area again, we'll be back!

The location and unit were amazing. The amenities in the building, as well as the walkability to restaurants and the National mall, made this a fantastic location for our long weekend. If you want to stay in this area, you’ll either be in a corporate apartment or hotel, so having the space and amenities of an apartment was important for our family including in unit laundry and the pool. The only downside was the communication. Being a corporate apartment, I realized we’d be corresponding with different people throughout, but it seems no one put notes about our arrival time or check out requests in the file as we were asked 4-5 times what time we’d be arriving (including being asked how check in went hours before the arrival time we’d previously communicated on 3 separate occasions). There was also conflicting info given about check in (whether someone would be at the front desk or special arrangements needed to be made due to arrival time) and check out depending on who answered.

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. What an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the comfy bed, the fireplace and the whirlpool bath. The room is furnished with all kinds of wonderful paintings and rocking chairs, a comfy sofa. It was really quite a surprise! Highly recommended.

Greg was a wonderful host. He was proactive and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with many restaurants and coffee shops. Just minutes from the tourist attractions in DC. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Greg as a super host!

My family and I loved this place. It has great views from every room, and while incredibly spacious, it's very cozy. We had space to be private, but still warm places for family experiences. The amenities are great, the kitchen has all you need, and has great dining spaces. Also, Sam and Ilene were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were online. Finally, I love being near the water and this place delivered. (I want to return in the summer.)

I can't say enough great things about my stay. The interior space is very clean and spacious and the exterior surroundings are so peaceful, quiet, and beautiful, surrounded by nature . The fenced in yard was a treat for my dog who safely enjoyed roaming freely through its landscape as I watched him from the screen porch. Martha and John are great communicators, who made our check in seamless and they catered to us with extra treats like a dog bowl for my dog, delicious red wine, and snacks. There is kitchenette area with a small fridge, Kurig, microwave and some essentials. Similar to what you might find in a hotel room. It was enough for what we needed. There are some great international cuisine Restaurants nearby. My favorite was Mimi's Kabobs & Pizza. The neighborhood has many beautiful horse farms and the area feels safe and friendly. I was visiting for a seminar and it was exactly what I was looking for: dog friendly, private, clean, and safe. I definitely plan to stay again.
