Great stay for me, my wife, and dog

Candice’s Capitol Hill apartment was perfect to explore all that DC had to offer! It was an easy walk to get to the US Capitol or to the Metro to go anywhere in DC easily. We greatly appreciated not having to drive. We were able to easily find a great parking spot very close to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable for our stay and allowed us to cook some simple meals when we chose not to eat out

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. The home was perfect for our needs! It is an old row house so not very wide but the set up makes it feel spacious. The third bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a door as it is the open space at the bottom of the stairs but it still felt private. As with any old home with wood flooring, you can hear those staying with you but I never heard the neighbors (we had a baby with us so I know they heard her but they were gracious and friendly). Everything is updated and the beds were very comfortable. Maggie even had a pack n play sent over when we asked about one. She was very responsive and checked on us often. It is one block from the metro stop entrance and you don’t have to cross any main roads to get there! One more block to King St and you are at a bus stop. Buses and trolleys are feee on King St so that was very helpful and has stops every two blocks. We loved our stay here and always stay in Alexandria during our visits so we will be back to this rental! Thank you Maggie and neighbors!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Natasha was so welcoming, and the place really has anything you would need! She is very responsive and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay, especially since we brought our dog!

Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

Our stay was peaceful, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. We loved the privacy—hosts were respectful, responsive, and never intrusive. The view is exactly as in the photos: calm, endless, and grounding. It truly felt like a quiet European escape. Aesthetic touches everywhere made it feel intentional and comforting. The space is cozy, so for longer stays with lots of luggage, keep that in mind. There's extra storage below, though it may not be convenient for everyone. Inside: great shower, lovely tub, coffee, tea, and the best complimentary coffee we’ve had in ages—don’t skip it. We enjoyed every sip by the water. Pet-friendly, tasteful, quiet, and designed with care. Annapolis also surprised us with excellent seafood, fresh oysters, and a warm coastal vibe. Our stay was short, but full of beauty, quiet joy, and a sense of pause. A perfect little retreat to reset and breathe.

This is a clean and beautiful home. The host was excellent and helped us with all of our needs. Don't think twice and book here! We are looking forward to returning.

The house was perfect for staying in the area for a friend’s wedding! The house was comfy and well stocked with everything we needed. Virginia was super responsive and so helpful- we lost our car keys the morning we were supposed to leave and she was very accommodating! Would definitely come back- curious about the pool in the summer 😎 Was within running distance from a trail and a beautiful nature preserve.

I stayed at SuCasa's place for a work trip and found it to be the perfect location for my needs. The building has some great common spaces, too, that were great for remote work. I loved the high floor and city view. The bed was especially comfortable, and the gym in the building was perfectly suited to my needs! Couldn't get much more convenient. I travel to Washington a lot and if I could stay here every week, I would!

The location was great. The house was very clean. Host was friendly and gave great instructions. I would visit this location again.

Bel Air is now our home away from home since our son moved here 3 years ago. We had always chosen a hotel but they aren’t conveniently located. Rob’s place is beyond perfect for us to all be together, making dinner, playing games and watching movies. We even walked to the local brewery. We will definitely stay here again. Such a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable place.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

We were two families with four children—two young adults heading to college and two spirited middle schoolers—and every one of us, regardless of age, found joy and peace here. From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the simple pleasure of kayaking through calm waters, each moment felt like a gentle reset for the soul. What truly elevated the experience was our host, Shawn. More than just a “super host,” she embodied hospitality in its finest form. Her attention to detail, her care for comfort, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home surpassed even the details of a Hollywood studio setting !

I highly recommend! The space was clean and looked just like the pictures, the location was perfect, the host was friendly and proactive. I would stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at Rafi's place and would definitely stay again for our next Baltimore trip. The house is just as described, with plenty for kids to do. There are also helpful items for young ones, like a baby gate and high chair and plastic ware for kids, plus lots of toys and games. The stairs are pretty steep but the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs is so helpful. If you're taller than 5'8", the basement ceiling has a few spots worth avoiding. Otherwise the house is great and we were so impressed by how responsive and proactive Rafi was. One small issue popped up and he had it handled very quickly. It was a great time and we so appreciate all of it.

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!

Nicole's place was restful and enjoyable to stay in for a weekend. Our pup loved the backyard! Nicole showed some extra care to our dog while we there, and had great recommendations of enjoyable outdoor areas to take our dog. If we are in the area again, we'll be back!
