Beautiful rustic setting perfect for hunting trips or in our case rockhounding for Luna Blue. This place didn’t disappoint. Sarah was easy to get in touch with and was proactive at letting us know they were closing the gate to keep out the pesky elk. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t be more charmingly appointed as Beth is an artist and everyplace you look has had special thought and attention in a wonderful funky style. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen livingroom area, the comfy heated bed, the warm hot tub, and the bathroom Beth tiled so artistically. Great shower! Dogs cats horses and donkeys roam freely and come visiting. Beth will accommodate any need you might have as she lives right next door and comes daily to do your dishes. She’s a rare, lovely individual and we loved our time here, although weather is very chilly at night in March, so bring warm clothes!

If you are looking to be out in the wilderness and love ranch country life . It doesn’t get better than this. Horses and cattle in the surrounding hills. Cozy very comfortable and clean home with everything that you need even for kids ages 2 and older. We drove to surrounding areas as we where there visiting family for a wedding and it really gave us that peaceful and calming space during all the wedding excitement. We will for sure be staying there again

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Paul was a fantastic host, super nice and checked in after we got some snow. The snow made our stay even more magical with the wood stove and beautiful land to walk. We planned to adventure into the gila forest but loved the surrounding private area so much we stayed at the cabin the whole time. Our dog was equally as excited to explore, we went up to the ridge and hiked around the natl forest multiple times a day where we spotted elk herds. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need, just make sure to stop for groceries as there isn’t much close by. We have stayed at many airbnbs across the country and this secluded cabin is one of our favorites. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Paul!

I enjoyed my quick stay. I only needed a place to rest my head for a few hours each night and the place was very cozy and comfortable. It's a nice eclectic cabin with a wonderful living room to chill in. I didn't get the chance to enjoy that, but think it would be great for a small group of friends or small family. Mitzi's a great host that truly cares about her guests. I will live in the Datil area seasonally and look forward to having her as a new friend. The place has what you need to make some food and relax. I recommend!!

Bert and his personal assistant are amazing people that welcomed me in and was there when and if I needed them. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You will not be disappointed in your stay.

Such a lovely place! Very easy to find and the perfect location if you want to hike the Catwalk Recreation Area. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the cabin was very well equipped.

Had an absolute wonderful stay away from home and was able to fully disconnect to recharge and gained a clear mind. Beautiful area and so wonderful to see the wildlife even as it snowed.

this place was quite of spacious and very nice with it was more wheelchair accessible
