我們總共13個人入住，入住前Tuan給我們明確的指示，而且幫我們預約機場接送，訊息回覆很及時，抵達後也主動關心我們在河內的行程是否順利，也推薦了當地可以去的景點和美食。住宿地點在一條大路的小巷內，在airbnb休息時不會聽到馬路上車子經過的喇叭聲，但要去吃飯、洗頭、逛夜市幾乎都走路就可以到，距離老城區走路十分鐘左右，非常方便！很推薦多人旅遊的團體選擇Tuan的住宿！

Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

I found the self-check-in system very convenient! The interior design of the room was comfortable and stylish. Thank you to Ms. Huong for her warm greetings and helpful assistance, the ample supply of drinking water, and the wonderfully scented laundry detergent! My children and I were able to explore every part of Hanoi with peace of mind and joy. The rotating TV design was so impressive that I couldn't help but share it with my friend who runs an Airbnb in Taiwan; he thought the room design was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for the complimentary Netflix access, which allowed us to watch Detective Conan while in Vietnam.

Minh Minh and Huy made us feel at home and like family from the moment we arrived. They both went out of their way to continually help us and guide us to amazing places to eat which weren’t tourist traps. They helped us when we needed our phone repaired and finding items we were needing to purchase. The location of this sweet home stay is ideal. It’s just a short walk to train street, old quarter and French quarter. Great cafes and restaurants are abundant and only a stones throw away. We found the area extremely safe to venture around day and night. This apartment was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. We will definitely stay with them on any future stays in Hanoi and connect our families and friend with these lovely hosts.

Great place !!! Perfect location with so many local eateries around 💛💛💛 Host was attentive and kind, and allowed us to check out late as one of our members overslept. Definitely would recommend !!!

Definitely a five-star experience. First of all this location is a gem, you can find all the best local food around within walking distance, while preserve the best privacy and quietness. Host is super responsive and informative. Would choose to stay here again! Don't forget to try the "bun bo nam bo" and "pho ga 26" next door, super delicious!

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Great value and located near a lot of restaurants. Only problem was the mattress which was not comfortable for my husband (230 lbs) but I was okay.

Very comfortable stay!! Had everything we needed and though our stay was short, it was lovely. One thing to note is that the kitchen and bathroom are not directly connected to the suite - but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall a wonderful stay and would 10/10 recommend!

Dom's Residence was a great stay for a local experience in Hanoi. I needed an apartment to live in while volunteering and they were very helpful to accommodate my needs when I needed a larger bathroom, they were very helpful to move me to a different unit. I stayed for 2 weeks and their laundry and cleaning services were excellent. Would recommend.
