Really nice apartment with a great location. Superbly clean and tidy, with a netflix protector as well. If you are ok to use the stairs for entry this is a great apartment.

We had a great time at Le's place during our time in Hanoi. The place itself was lovely and in a great location -- close to the heart of the action, but tucked away in a quiet alley. Doing our laundry was also seamless here. In addition, Le was a great host. She responded to our questions quickly, went above and beyond during our stay with great hospitality (she offered us fruit, cake, and even got my wife's pants to a tailor to get them fixed). She also happily arranged for airport pick-up and drop-off at reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend.

We have a great stay! We have stayed in Hanoi before and this is by far the best place we have stayed. We have been on our honeymoon and spent the last 2 days here. Le even presented us with a happy honeymoon cake which was incredibly thoughtful and un expected. Le made us feel very at home and was super responsive. Saying that we felt extremely private and had the entire top floor to ourselves and felt very safe and also luxurious with the fantastic rooftop setting. To top it off we went and missed our flight home so ended up staying an extra night. To which Le was very hospitable and looked after us! 😅 We would stay again in a heart beat. Great location and quiet too! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! 🙏🏻😁

The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

This is a good base for a short stay in a conveniently central part of Hanoi whilst avoiding the tourist trap madness of the Old Quarter. The place was clean and as described (note: it's on the 1st floor above a small banh mi shop, which you have to pass through to access the room). Bedroom spacious enough for 2 and on the other side of the house from the main road, so quiet enough. Bathroom was across the hall, but we didn't have any issues with this. Also liked the touch of a table and mini terrace facing the road for people watching. The best bit about it for us was Linna herself, who is a committed and very responsive host. She never hesitated to assist with each of our questions and requests, even helping me track down several specific local delicacies I'd been wanting to try! A solid option if you want to be within walking distance of Hoan Kiem lake and other central Hanoi sights.

We were able to enjoy our stay in Hanoi thanks to the convenience this location provided. Close to all the major sights in the Old Quarter but still tucked away in a quiet part of time - not to mention the multiple cute and cozy cafes right around the corner. The bedding was comfortable and the big plus is the washer AND dryer upstairs. There are a lot of stairs though so be careful if you're not able to make it up multiple flights. Otherwise, would happily recommend this location to anyone.

This place was a great find. The apartment hides in the middle of a tiny alley but we were jaw-dropped with how clean it is and all the amenities they prepared for us. Everything is brand new. They have got a kitchen that is fully equipped and functional. It is much bigger and more spacious than in the picture. You can totally comfortably prepare a meal there without any hustles if you don't wanna eat out. We stayed for only a few days. They even let us use the upstairs kitchen for we would not need to buy cooking oil and seasoning. The bathroom is spacious and sparkly clean. They've got everything you need: good tooth brushes, tooth paste, big towels and small, shampoo and shower gel, hand sanitizer, comb, shaving razors, and a ligit hair dryer (which I fancy). One of my most favorite thing in the apartment is the combo washer and dryer. And YES IT DOES ACTUALLY DRIES YOUR CLOTHES which is rare in any airbnb. The second most favorite thing is that the location is so convenient. They have a morning local market there that offers fresh ingredients if you like to cook. There are a lot of good places to eat around. I recommend a Chicken Pho place that is opposite the lake on 158 Ngoc Ha Alley side (no.30 or so). And if you are vegetarian there is place called Lotus (Hoa sen) just 500 meters away. The host was super helpful. She is a tailor who works right on the first floor so she would be there if you need anything. Over all, this is the best deal I found on airbnb ever. If there is one inconvenient thing I should mention it is that taxi can't get in the lane so you have to walk a bit. It didn't bother us, we enjoy the walk and see the real little Hanoi in the little alley. I would totally come back and for sure recommend this place to our friends.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit bequemen und großem Bett. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr verständnisvoll und zuverlässig ! 😊 Die Lage ist ideal, mit geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern war es nur leider Nachts etwas laut und im Bad riecht es etwas moderig.

I had a wonderful stay at Hai Anh's place! The room was clean, and the instructions provided were clear, making it easy to settle in. The host gave us a warm welcome, which made the experience even more special. The projector was a fantastic amenity—we enjoyed watching movies during our downtime. The basic kitchen amenities were sufficient for preparing quick snacks, adding to the convenience of the stay. The peaceful and private atmosphere, free from noise, was perfect for relaxation. The lake view was stunning and ideal for peaceful walks. While the rent is reasonable for a relaxing getaway in this area, it’s worth noting that if you plan to explore the Old Quarter frequently, the savings might be offset by transportation costs like taxis or bike rentals. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting with excellent amenities!

Phuong’s place is in a great location that’s a lot more peaceful than the rest of Hanoi. Really close to the river where there are a lot of coffee shops for morning sits and a delicious pho stall full of locals eating right downstairs. Phuong was also a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and helping me with whatever I needed. I was always so excited to get back to this comfortable home after a long day in Hanoi. Grateful to have stayed here!

Great place to stay in Hanoi if you are a large group. Some of the places are walkable.

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

I have chosen Dang's Appartment because of the localisation nearby the Van Phuc Diplomatic compound where I had to go for some professional meetings. The localisation was ideal for me. Apartment was very clean and nice, exactly as it was described in the announcement. Although I did not see Dang during my stay, she was always reactive by phone.

We had a nice peaceful stay with a convenient cat cafe on the ground floor where we could get one of the interesting delicious coffees you find in Việt Nam. Loved the charming decor and the views from 2 of the bedrooms and rooftop.

Logement coquet et très bien placé (on a pu visiter tout ce qu'on voulait voir à pied). Je recommande !

We had a great stay here; it was exactly as described and brilliantly located to explore the old quarter. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering the close location to popular areas so we had a good rest after busy days exploring. Nhung and her co hosts are incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. Would very much recommend :)

Tommy was a wonderful and friendly host. Always responsive and helpful. The small townhouse was comfortable for the two of us. The top floor is equipped with a projector and it was a nice touch during our lazy evenings. We initially booked for 4 weeks and decided to add a fifth one since we liked the area and the place. It's close to old town and the main attractions by foot while still being removed enough to feel local and quieter at night. The only thing to note is the stairway is quite narrow. It was not an issue for us at all, but people with mobility issues might find it difficult to navigate. We would gladly stay in this Airbnb again or in any other place Tommy lists in the future.

مكان واسع ومريح ، وعلى بعد خطوات من old Quarter(تقريبا ٨-١٠ دقائق) صاحب السكن جدًا رائع ويوضح كافة محتويات السكن ومتفاعل معك ويتجاوب مع كل استفساراتك. المكان نظيف وتوفر فيه ثلاث غرف وصاله وكل غرفه تحتوي على حمام كامل (كل غرفه في دور ويتم الوصول لكل غرفه من خلال الدرج) المكان بالكامل لك ، له باب خارجي يتم الدخول عليه من خلال Auto check in ، استمتعنا بالاقامة وتعليمات واضحة جدا من صاحب السكن الذي هو بالفعل اصبح صديق لقد تساعد معنا بوضع حقائبنا في التخزين عند ذهابنا لرحلة لمدة يوم (شكرا لك). ملاحظة: لمن يواجه صعوبات في الصعود من خلال الدرج لايتوفر مصعد كهربائي ( مثل ماهو موضح صاحب السكن في التعليمات الخاصة بالسكن).

Absolute amazing stay. Host went above and beyond with accommodation and hospitality. She also helped with finding someone to mend some clothing I needed fixed and made sure I made to airport safely and on time. Clean room and bathroom. Close to all. Highly recommended for a homestay. Would come back.
