Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Гостили неделю с ребенком, невероятно радушные, гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева! Было очень чисто, все что нужно для комфорта в доме есть, вплоть до мелочей)для ребенка и кроватка нашлась и игрушки) Так же отдельное спасибо за великолепные печенье, которое приготовила Александра в качестве комплимента и вкуснейшее грузинское вино🤍 у вас было хорошо, как дома✨

Отличный вариант для зимнего отдыха. Выход прямо возле трассы. Отличный отель. Чуствуешь себя неловко немного, что ты как бы в отеле, но ты не гость отеля, но это оправдывает цена. Гостям отеля так же доступна спа зона, живя в аппаратах придется заплатить за SPA. Но если честно, кроме фоток в бассейне на крыше, плюсы SPA заканчиваются, поэтому не много и потеряли. В целом отлично, особенно на пару дней.

Идеально расположение) прекрасная квартира и все соответствует описанию и фотографиям) Остались очень довольны и обязательно приедем еще)

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The place was stunning, beautifully decorated, tidy, and clean, just like in the pictures. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from all the key spots in Gudauri. Most importantly, the host, Michael, was the best host we’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help us, and it was a pleasure talking to him. He did so much for us, and we truly appreciated it. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and when we return to Gudauri, we will definitely stay at his apartment again.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Wonderful place to stay and relax! You can take a walk around the cosy neighborhood, climb to the top of the mountain by a nearest funiculaire, buy everything you need at the grocery store. All this will be surrounded by a stunning landscape. The weather is really comfortable even in the hottest days of summer. Great opportunity to escape the city heat with your family and kids. Nice interior design, convenient amount of necessary stuff. I can't say anything about the skiing infrastructure because we stayed here in summer, though I can presume that there's everything you need as well. Solid 5/5 stars.

Ekaterine's place is very cozy. Location is perfect. Ekaterine was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her apartment.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Ev tertemizdi beklentimizin oldukca üzerindeydi. Tüm olanaklar vardı ihtiyacımız olacak herşey dairede mevcuttu. 28.katta konakladık asansör biraz korkuttu ama hiç sorun çıkarmadı. Yürüme mesafesinde avm ve restoranlar var. Avrupa meydanı, ali ile nino heykeli gibi yerlere taksiyle 10 dakika sürdü. Mayya çok yardımcı oldu ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa hızla yanıt verdi. Güzel bir deneyimdi teşekkürler ☺️

Жилье полностью соответствовало фото и описанию. Очень дружелюбный владелец, получилось заселиться поздно ночью. Жилье просторное и подходит для больших компаний.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!
