Renta de lofts vacacionales en Caucasus

Der Aufenthalt war super, einfach, und super freundlicher Empfang. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem! Es ist natürlich nicht alles perfekt, aber ich kann sicherlich empfehlen, hier in der Unterkunft zu bleiben!

Уютная большая студия с шикарным панорамным видом на море. Со всеми удобствами - от красивой посуды до иголки с ниткой)) Очень отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда на связи, разрешила выехать попозже, чтобы не торчать в аэропорту. Удобное дистанционное заселение. Буквально в 5-7 минутах пешком от моря. Рядом большой торговый центр, множество магазинов, обменников, кафешек (есть даже Додо пицца). Вобщем, не прогадали с выбором! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

We had a nice stay at this place. The only problem - it may be a bit noisy outside (it was Friday evening).

The place was beautiful. All well organised. Only one problem we faced was the quecky sound. I think a mouse/ mice got stuck in the ceiling which was making a lot of noise so we could not sleep properly during the night. Rest was all perfect.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Ruska ตอบคำถามทาง chat box เร็วมาก ทุกคำถามเคลียร์ 2. เมื่อเดินทางมาถึง Local Guide โทรสอบถามทางเข้า apartment มีผู้ชาย 2 คนมาต้อนรับ พาเข้าไปที่พัก และช่วยถือกระเป๋าด้วย ประทับใจมาก 3. ผู้ที่พาเข้าไปที่พัก แนะนำสถานที่ และ ให้ผ้าปูที่นอน ปลอกหมอนเพิ่มด้วย 4. ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีครัวแยกเป็นสัดส่วน ห้องน้ำกว้างและมีเครื่องซักผ้าในห้องน้ำ ที่ Georgia มีที่ตากผ้าเป็นแท่งเหล็กที่ปล่อยความร้อนออกมา ทำให้ผ้าแห้งไว (ไม่เคยเจอในเมืองไทย) 5. ทำเลดีที่สุด อยู่กลางใจเมือง มีที่จอดรถ 6. เดินไป Liberty square ไม่ถึง 500 เมตร มี convenience store อยู่ข้างๆ ที่พัก ถึง 3 ร้าน มี supermarket (Carrefour, Goodwill) อยู่ ใกล้ๆ Liberty square สุดยอดมาก ซื้อของสดไปทำอาหารได้ 7. ห้องครัวมีอุปกรณ์ครบ เตาไฟฟ้า ไมโครเวฟ อ่างล้างจาน ที่สำคัญคือราคามิตรภาพ แนะนำที่สุดค่ะ

Очень уютная светлая квартира. Удобное расположение, все что нужно находится в шаговой доступности. Каждый раз когда приезжаем в Тбилиси останавливаемся в этой квартире.

Апартаменты просто шикарные, безупречно чистые и соответствуют фотографиям, спальня очень светлая, потолки с росписью безумно красивые. Обязательно вернусь еще. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная и понимающая, разрешила заехать в апартаменты на час раньше (за что ей отдельное спасибо), инструкции по заселению были четкие, справилась без дополнительных вопросов. Светлая и уютная студия, быстрый доступ в жилье, легко найти. Есть все необходимое для проживания, отопление и горячая вода. Все важные места старого города в шаговой доступности. Хозяин внимательный, все время на связи.

Great value for money stay in Tbilisi. Central location but very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. This place has everything that you need to stay for short or long term.

It's much better than it looks on the picture. This is a best place at this price. I could stay here for a month comfortably with a large space for one person. Sunshine with a great view of the cathedral is beautiful. And its location is near from tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and metro. Above all, I wanna stay here again due to the very friendly and kind host.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen’s place! He is an exceptional host and even kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, featuring a spacious balcony that wraps around from the kitchen, around the living room, and all the way to the bedroom. Upon entering, we were delighted to find the apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. As we enjoy cooking, we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed—well-organized, clean, and in great working condition. The location is in a quiet residential area, with several small grocery stores and one large supermarket all within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts will also love that there are three gyms nearby, including one just across the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Vahagn is the best host I’ve ever stayed with. He is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. Furthermore, I personally don’t think there is any better location to stay in if you want to be in the center. The apartment was as described and stocked with necessities like soap, laundry detergent, towels, utensils, etc. I sincerely cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the apartment, host, or location. 10/10.

I had a great stay at Medea's place! I was there for about two months, and found it to be a great place to work and rest. The apartment is located in a very interesting part of the city with much to do, and the rest of Tbilisi is easily accessible by foot or by public transportation. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious, and Medea was very kind and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns about anything! I'd absolutely recommend staying here to anyone planning on coming to Tbilisi!

The place was the same as in the photos. It was also walkable to many touristic places. We could easily find somewhere to eat near the house. Tata was a friendly and responsive host as she responded all my messages quickly. My friends and I felt like we were at home. Thanks a lot for everything.

This is a nice and comfy place in a great location. Might be a better match for touristy folk over work&travel, since you only get one window and it is somewhat dark during the day.
