Удобное расположение. В доме есть все , что необходимо и даже больше. Удобный дворик с ярким освящением, который придает особый вид дому. Для любителей шашлыков во дворе есть каменный мангал. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда на связи, спасибо .

This is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained house. Everything looks exactly like the photos. My family and I (10 people) felt very comfortable there. The location is great because it's both quiet and private but also next to a street with cafes. It's also a 10-minute walk from a subway station and a busy stored-filled square. You don't have to climb any steep hills to get to the house (as you often do in Tbilisi). The host was flexible, responsive, and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

السكن رائع ونظيف جداً جداً وكما هو موجود بالصوره كان موجود بالحقيقه الماء دافئ والسكن دافئ وصاحب السكن سريع الاجابه وتم تلبية جميع احتياجاتنا والموقع قريب من التزلج والسنتر والبقالات والمطاعم اود ان اشكر صاحب السكن لسرعة استجابته لي عند وصولي كان الماء متجمد من شدة برودة الطقس وتم التواصل معاه عن طريق الواتساب وتم ارسال لي شخص محترم جداً وتم وضع انبوب ماء ساخن وتم اعادة لي الماء بسرعه شكراً جزيلاً لكم سوف اكرر العوده للسكن مره اخرى في نفس اخرى .

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

We were 3 families, and we loved the place. The kids enjoyed the entire stay and felt like right at our own home... Excellent support from the host during the stay and they waited until late evening to receive us so that our checkin would be smooth. Snow was at the doorstep during 3rd week of December which kids loved, restaurants and other necessary amenities are so near to the place.

Отличный таунхаус на территории Crystal resort. Заселение через рецепшн отеля, есть место для машины. Дом находится под управление отеля, поэтому постельное белье и ванные принадлежности на хорошем уровне. Так же есть сауна, после катания очень классная опция! Хозяин оперативно отвечал на все вопросы! Рекомендую!

We had a great time in Gudauri with a great apartment. Only one minor issue was the WiFi...it’s was little weak, otherwise the apartment is amazing. We have everything we needed. Location is awesome If We ever visit Gudauri again we will definitely choose the same apartment.

Big spacious apartment right next to the ski slopes so you can just step out and hit the pistes Has a nice restaurant in the basement of the building and a supermarket is just about 10 mins easy walk. One room has an attached bathroom and the other two are common. Bathroom at the ground level does not have shower but that wasn’t an issue with us. Overall a fabulous host and a great place. Thanks Benito for all your help and making our stay special.

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

Отличный вариант для зимнего отдыха. Выход прямо возле трассы. Отличный отель. Чуствуешь себя неловко немного, что ты как бы в отеле, но ты не гость отеля, но это оправдывает цена. Гостям отеля так же доступна спа зона, живя в аппаратах придется заплатить за SPA. Но если честно, кроме фоток в бассейне на крыше, плюсы SPA заканчиваются, поэтому не много и потеряли. В целом отлично, особенно на пару дней.

Had a wonderful stay! Teona was incredibly nice and friendly, always checking up on me to ensure everything is fine. The place was spotless with a really nice view. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment with big bathroom, even though it was cold outside the apartment is very nice and warm! It’s a bit tricky to find the apartment and we were a bit scared to use the elevator (it’s an older building), but otherwise it was great and the view especially at night was wonderful!

Квартира очень уютная и удобная. Нас было 2 семьи. Локация очень удобная. Море 50 метров от дома. Супермаркет рядом. Квартира очень чистая. Хозяйн встретил и проводил до аэропорта лично. В квартире имеется все необходимые вещи для приготовления еды. Пастель белоснежная. Нам очень понравилась. Мы рады что выбрали эту квартиру. Будем советовать своим друзьям и близким. Огромное спасибо хозяину дома Давиду. Мы гости из Казахстана.

Nugzar's place is really a hidden gem, nice location, beautiful hut and yard, well equiped kitchen, friendly host, made our stay here so comfy and warm. Will definitely wish to come again!

The place was amazing! Our stay at Tornike’s place exceeded all the expectations, and we had lots of fun. Tornike was always ready to help us with any problem we encountered. Also, the cottage was right next to the ski lifts! I would highly recommend!

Wunderschöne Hütte abgelegen mitten im Wald. Der Ausblick könnte nicht besser sein! Obwohl es nachts draußen schon ziemlich kalt war, konnten wir die Hütte mit einer kleinen Elektroheizung gut aufheizen und mussten nicht frieren. Alternativ stand auch ein Kamin zur Verfügung. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Ortskern von Mestia (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Touristeninfo) ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, es fehlt lediglich ein Haartrockner. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Georgien werden wir definitiv wiederkommen!

Everything about this place is great. Location: beautiful, quiet, private and some good restaurants nearby Amenities: everything you usually need at an airbnb is covered Decor and Maintenance: it's a beautiful cabin and everything was squeaky clean. Size: Spacious for 2 persons. A 3rd person could also sleep on the sofa-cum bed.
