An exceptional stay with a fantastic host! The house is spacious and perfectly located—offering both privacy and convenience, just a short five-minute walk to all essentials. Our group especially loved the cozy living room and the expansive rooftop terrace, which provided a great space to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed assistance. A good choice for large groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This isn’t my first time staying with Mkrtich, and as always—it was a pleasure to join him and his family in Zeytun for a few weeks! Their hospitality is outstanding, the space is clean, the price is always very reasonable, and the neighborhood is very navigable. I look forward to returning to my third stay and can warmly endorse his home to any travelers!

I loved my stay at Mkrtich's place. My room was cozy and clean. If you're into longer stays in Yerevan, I’d totally suggest this place. A 24/7 store is right next to the building, and in less than a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach Yerevan City Supermarket, where you can find all you need. Mkrtich is a very friendly and kind man. He’s also quite knowledgeable—I’d suggest picking his mind on Armenian history and many other interesting topics. You’ll definitely enjoy talking with him, and if you love history, like I do, your stay will be even more enjoyable. Mkrtich hosted a family gathering and kindly invited me to dinner, letting me share a table with his closest family. They were so warm and welcoming that I truly felt at home. Another guest, a Russian guy named Peter, is really nice, and I enjoyed our conversations a lot. I could write much more, but there’s a character limit. I cannot recommend this place and its vibe enough! You'll definitely make lovely memories here!

The location was perfect – close to everything I needed while still quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Tbilisi. The house is situated in a wonderful location, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with its incredible view—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though one of the rooms lacked a window, which was the only minor issue we encountered. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The neighborhood is excellent, and the location is strategic for exploring Tbilisi. Our host, Olga, was incredibly precise and welcoming, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Olga!

Good location, close to parks from one side and to shopping center from another. Good cardio because of higher grounds, quick route to Liberty Square, and other touristic locations. The host is very responsive and can help you at any time. Kitchen staff is a bit used as furniture is, but overall, the place is the good choice. Spent amazing month there, Madloba:)

Отличный большой дом! Три спальни. Гостинная! Три туалета. Удобная кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Хорошее расположение. Рядом соленное озеро и большой супермаркет. И до моря можно добраться на автобусе за копейки.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. My partner and I decided to stay at Lusine's place for the beautiful natural surroundings, it's close proximity to historical monuments and its relaxing atmosphere. It was an ideal place for use to create our artworks, cook and enjoy the fruits from the garden, whilst still being only a 45 minutes taxi ride from Yerevan (which is not expensive if you want to spend a day in the city). We were very happy with this location and would love to experience the surroundings in spring time. Highly recommended 👌
