Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at Mary and Ray's home. Each of our 4 rooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the home was equipped with heated floors on the lower level, as well as a wood stove, gas fireplace, and dimmable lights for a cozy evening ambiance. The home has many personal touches like motion sensor night lights in the entrance, staircase, and bedrooms, as well as a display of various family members' drawings and paintings. The view of the lake is amazing. There are many lovely restaurants in the area, including a reservation-only prix-fixe restaurant serving venison and partridge. This is a European home, and we were surprised to see a few added luxuries like a few screened windows as well as a tumble dryer (to soften line-dried clothes). Mary and Ray were incredibly responsive and hospitable to us throughout our stay.

Clean, modern & comfortable. Great location. Completely hassel free, lockbox outside the property with key for house inside, which meant there was no hanging around or trying to get in touch with owner. Parking is limited outside the property but this was not a problem as there was tonnes of parking just a couple of mins walk away at a service station. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

This is one of those rare places where it truly overexceeds expectations. Beautiful, peaceful house in a lovely remote area. Couldn’t recommend it more, and Rosina was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Adam's property is in a fantastic location with a beautiful and soothing view over the lake below. A gated estate makes it so peaceful and private. All the amenities in the house that we needed were present and they were of a high standard. We found the property warm and comfortable, and we stayed in winter so that was great. The instructions to the property and how to enter were clear and easy to follow. Adam was very responsive and quick when we asked questions and provided all the information we asked for. He was flexible with our arrival and leaving times which really helped our logistics. We would definitely recommend the property and if we are looking for somewhere in this area again this would be top of our list. Watching the the sun come up on a frosty morning was so lovely!!.

We had a fab weekend at Stella's. It is a very relaxing house and beautiful courtyard. Stella left food for our breakfast in the fridge which was very handy. Stella could not have been more helpful and friendly upon check-in. We will definitely be back for another break in the future..

Very peaceful location, big bedrooms comfortable beds. Easy check in.

We had a great stay at Joanne's house. Space for 3 cars inside thw secure gate. House nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms. Very functional kitchen and dining area. Really nice liverroom. Super comfortable beds. Nice quiet area. 500 meters to town, restaurants and bars. 500 meters to Virginia Park Lodge Hotel. We hope to come back.

Highly recommend. This is a gem tucked privately in the heart of Moynalty. Accommodation has everything and Jim provides a wonderful selection of music and books. Very unique and well worth a visit. Jim is very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

Michael and Nicola have a beautiful home in rural Ireland, surrounded by beautiful gardens and bordering on the water. They were extremely flexible with check-in, even despite our very late arrival. We loved meeting the two dogs and found the local information extremely helpful. I'd particularly like to thank them for the hypo-allergenic pillow option, this was great for one of our guests! I highly recommend their place and wish we could stay again.

Irish cottage dream!! ... that is how I would describe Toddy's. I stayed in the Hideaway in the back and it was just like the pictures. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. A very comfortable bed, kitchenette and everything you need. The location is close enough to drive to Ballinagh (or a long walk) and Cavan Town, and private and peaceful. You wake up in the morning to gorgeous views and sheep in the next field. I also had a peek into the cottage as it wasn't booked and would love to stay there next time! Aishling was VERY responsive and proactive and appeared within the minute when I needed some help. Great job Aishling!

Would recommend this flat to any of my friends and family going to Cavan a nice clean place to stay

Norbert greeted us and was very friendly and showed us where everything was and added bonus of ingredients to make a fry up. The place was lovely and clean very comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer. Couple of minutes walk to pub and convinence store and about 10 min drive to town. Highly recommended staying here for peace and quiet.

We had a fantastic experience and Sharon’s hospitality went way beyond our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend taking the opportunity to spend time at the cottage. Sharon and her whole family are very welcoming, helpful and generous with their time and the nice extras including lovely fresh flowers, welcome pack etc.

Great stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, crisp white linen, lots of hot water, great shower. Great location. Loads to do nearby for those who love the outdoors- cycling and walking. Would definitely stay again.

Ally has created a haven and is a very welcoming host. The room was more than I expected - spacious, great views to the nearby river and lakes beyond, clean and very comfortable. Within a few minutes walk you can be in the woodlands surrounded by birdsong. Ally works incredibly hard and bakes fresh cakes for her tea room too. Absolutely worth the money.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, the apartment was finished to a very high spec, linen fresh and squeaky clean. View fabulous and fantastic breakfast even for gluten free requests. I'm already wondering when to go back and who to bring. Ally is a friendly bubbly soul and loves sharing takes of the local wildlife -I was lucky enough to see two woodpeckers and many other beautiful birds enjoying the serene environment- :)

Lovely air b n b in a beautiful area. Very clean and has all you need for a few days break. Plenty to do locally, we particularly liked leebeen park, scenic walk and great playground for kids. Would recommend staying at Megan’s air b n b.

Gerry and Josephine were extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean and we really appreciated the cereal boxes, brown bread and fresh milk being left for us. A great host.
