Place was quiet and clean and right next to the university!

Ben and Tori were great hosts. Their cabin was very peaceful and comfortable. I was private and quiet. They were very responsive and friendly with questions and concerns.

This was my first experience staying in an Air BNB, and I will definitely use them from now on. We visited the weekend for my son’s birthday and it was more than enough space to accommodate all the kids. It matched the description and it felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer came in handy with having kids with me. I will definitely book this AirBnB again, if it’s available for my next visit. 😃

We came in from out of town to visit family and this home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, organized, styled well and very welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful and having access to appliances were key for us as a family. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make meals and make a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The yard was clean and you could view a water fountain from the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was nice and location was fairly accessible to everything you need! To be honest, I wish we had spent more time in the home but we didn’t have the opportunity until the last day. Each one of our family members had their own bedroom; 2 of which joined bathrooms. This was our first experience in an Air bnb and it was fantastic. The booking was easy, hosts were very responsive and clear. Thank you for opening up your home!! We will be back!

Rock Hill Retreat is a great place to get together with family and friends. It was truly a home away from home. The spaces offered great opportunities to visit and play games. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the fire pit was wonderful for smores. The jacuzzi was really great with strong jets (even though it was cold outside). The workout room and sauna were well utilized and the walking trails up the hill were fun as well !! All in All a very memorable experience.

This was the perfect home away from home to celebrate with family! Bonus! We got to bring our dogs. They had a pup house and spacious yard to themselves. The views were amazing! The deck was welcoming with lots of sitting locations from all sides. We love this area of TN for the local waterfalls, hikes, and unique places to eat! It was wonderful to have such a cozy place to enjoy! Our hosts felt like friends, and did a wonderful job! Thank you!! We will be back!

Went for a concert at the caverns. I would say it was a 35 minute drive. Not too bad but the roads are winding, typical for the Tennessee mountains! Overall the view overlooking the mountains was breathtaking! I couldn’t ask for a better host.
