This place was perfect for my mom and I! We each had a separate place but we were right across the hall from each other. We liked how close it was to downtown Roanoke. Stephen made a video to show where the apartments were and where to park - it was so helpful! He was very responsive tp our questions and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We were in town to visit family and we were able to walk to Mast (a local clothing/general store) from where we were staying - it was only a 12 minute walk. The place was spacious, beautiful, and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when in Roanoke!

Go place sufficed for what was needed on business trip for home show weekend

This was our second stay, and this time it was for an extended rental period. Brittany & Cory were hospitable and conscious of meeting any needs we had. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies and extra cooking appliances. The washer & dryer was so helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our time in this quiet, rustic, cozy basement AirBnB. It met all our needs.

Perfect location in Roanoke! Close to downtown, hiking trailheads, and Mill Mountain Star (which I love!). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bob is a responsive host and very kind. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Roanoke!

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is spacious and has everything you could need and the view out of the patio is gorgeous. Pam and Joe were so friendly and our toddler loved getting to meet their sweet dog. It was a peaceful place to retreat to while visiting VT for a football game.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with a pieceful surrounding you can’t go wrong with Dannie’s place. Hope to return in the future with my family.

Great stay in Lynchburg! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. They had a stocked coffee station and snacks at check in so that was a really nice touch!! The location was convenient, and the space felt cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very clean with plenty of space for a family to relax. The location was a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to restaurants and businesses when needed. we will definitely choose them again.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb has a stunning interior and is thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed. 2nd time staying here @ Kareem’s place and it didn’t disappoint! Very clean and close to everything . Kareem was very responsive and even let me check in early . Definitely recommend

Amanda’s place was great. Was conveniently 2 miles from where we need to be. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Neighborhood is excellent. Home itself was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Amanda responded quickly anytime I sent her a message for guidance. Great host.

Nice quiet served our needs quite nicely. Well pleased with our choice to stay here. Anything you could possibly need or want is only a short drive away.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

This place was perfect for our family! The location is amazing, close to everything, but still tucked back and quiet. It’s nicely appointed and the fenced in backyard was great for my kids to play. The beds were comfy and it was spotless clean. We will definitely stay here again!

What gorgeous views...perfect place to visit with family in the area!

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

The place was just like the photos . We loved everything about it . I will say the bed was so comfy and cozy . I would highly recommend staying here !

Such a wonderful place with everything needed! Loved the first floor functionality. Loved the King bedrooms with bathrooms. Wonderful Hosts! Perfect community for walking. Quick trip to Waymaker playground and coffee shop. Quick trip to Monkey Joes ice cream. Perfect place for all ours and your needs! A must stay for your next visit to Forest/Lynchburg!! We had a great time. Beautiful location, great views and very comfortable and clean condo. Quiet. Easy parking and walkable surroundings. Jamie was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

An amazing view and decorated to make you feel at the lake. Had everything you needed. Bruno’s was an amazing restaurant. Amenities were great!
