It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

We enjoyed our stay at the property and both the host and the lady who looks after the property were very helpful and attentive at our needs. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend the place for families who want to spend quality time in a beautiful place like Batangas.

Very good, mabuti ! Such a relaxing perfect spot to soak up a traditional area of Philippines. Especially liked the neighborhood stores, friendly people and good walk or running access. Rowena and her place are why air bnb is such a success.

Our stay from March 15-17 was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly, thanks to the clear instructions from the host. The place was easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. Even though it was our first time having this kind of trip, we instantly felt at home. The host was very friendly, kind, and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. It is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our experience so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

The place gives off very classy and comfortable vibes. It looks even better in person, and the style is truly to my liking—it’s so aesthetic. Every room is air-conditioned, including the living room. The appliances are complete and fully functional, making it highly recommended for those planning to cook instead of ordering food. Above all, the owner is very humble and accommodating.

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

Our overall experience make this entire journey excellent. The host is quite friendly and the place feels like home. I was super tired and had a lot of activities during the day. With a short time spam to rest i did found the comfort of home. God bless
