Very Responsive and Helpful Host. The place was well thought of for their guests comfort. Best place to stay for layover as it is near the airport and its also right across a Big Mall for all those last minute shopping before your travels. 24hr concenience store nearby as well. Safe and Clean

Sorry for late review...I had an amazing stay at this place!.the room was fully equipped with high-quality, modern furniture that made the space feel both cozy and luxurious. The living room had a beautiful sectional sofa,and the queen size bed was soft perfect for relaxing after a long day. This condo exceeded all my expectations! The view from the balcony was breathtaking during sunset., and the interior design was stylish and elegant. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and thoughtful touches like the extra towels and toiletries,. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or even a long-term stay. I Highly recommend this place.!will booked again soon. The Hosts (maam verlisa and sir junifer)was so accommodating and very responsive.

We had such a great time staying here for our family staycation! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Joyce and Mae was really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. WORTH IT! This is the 2nd time I booked and this time I have booked for 3DAYS 2NIGHTS and for TWO UNITS @Casa Salcedo. We're a total of 10, 5adults & 5kids. Hotel feels, with 5towels each room and toiletries - we appreciate it! If you're looking for a place that is quiet, peaceful and not crowded at all - THIS IS IT. Unlike the other famous AIRBNBs here in NCR (like Azure), here in Field Residences, it's cozy and secluded. Secured community. Swimming pools that is child-friendly and playgrounds too! This is definitely a place for a staycation ❤️ 3-5mins walk from SM Sucat. SUPERB! About the host, Mr. and Mrs. Salcedo? They're AWEOSME! They've patiently and proactively assisted us with parking lot arrangements and super easy check-in. Just log the names upon check-in sa front desk and that's it, smart access or PIN for the doors, easy! Will definitely come back again for another relaxing staycation 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Kresta’s place! The place was impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed, and the host was accommodating. It's the perfect spot for a getaway with friends. Highly recommended and a must-visit place.

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

My family and I love the place. There are lots of spaces, the rooms are big enough for our 15 family members. We celebrated Christmas in this house and even had a few guests who stayed with us for the dinner. My most favorite corners are the 2 dining tables which are beside huge, glass windows overlooking the Taal Lake. It was foggy and drizzling but the view for me was still perfect. Thanks to Jay R who was very responsive and for allowing us to chek out at 3pm. Thanks also to Rek who was very helpful with our small requests. There was a hitch however, the housekeeper went inside and outside the property at any given time. She was very unlikeable. I’ll write the details in my private message for you. I just hope that she changes her attitude for the sake of making memorable moments in this beautiful place. Thank you very much!

Beautiful place to stay! Was very spacious and I appreciated how there was AC in every room. Many kitchen appliances and coffee were provided, along with towels and shower toiletries. I loved the room with an enormous projector and endless board games. Anne was very responsive, kind, and friendly. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Had a very pleasant stay 😊

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

The place was small but extremely beautiful and quiet. Having the projector was a pleasant surprise and was used most of the stay. Sir Archie and Ms. Editha was very responsive despite a really last minute booking and was kind of enough to ensure that our check in went smoothly even if it was late into the evening. An incredible haven for when you seek a much-needed R&R after a day's work. My mother and I went on a very brief business trip, but Ms. Roxette's place got us covered from cheap to-pay snacks/beverages, toiletries + skincare facemasks included for the ladies, amenities, & spaciousness! I am in love with our host's choice in handsoaps & the energy bars too! We felt right at home! 😍 Best part would be the Grab taxis not having to do reroutes or u-turns just to access the area, so travel is easily accessible. Though the driveway entrance to the establishment wouldn't be as easily discovered, your Grab driver may need your assistance via chat & an aid I definitely don't mind doing. 🙏🏼 The only downsides are the cockroaches (which Ms. Roxette covered in her check-in guidelines) & AC temp. -- the exhaust fan takes LONGER (4-5 hours) to cool the bedroom. If you're willing to forego the roaches, then the unit is incredibly worth booking! Will book again, thanks much, Ms. Roxette! 💖

The host did a great job in accomodating us. The room was worth its price and it looked and smelled great. Mark's listing also has plenty of indoor ammenities to enjoy if you don't feel like going outside. We just experienced a minor delay upon check-in while waiting for confirmation of basement parking slot but the overall experience was great. i would definitely recommend.

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.

We had a great time staying at Rissamae Edrise’s place. It’s the best spot if you want to rest and relax a bit after being busy at work and being busy preparing for this holiday season. We didn’t encounter any hassle booking this place considering that we just booked it midnight before our planned schedule, it felt like home and it’s a child-friendly unit. Will definitely go back! I will always choose this unit over and over again every time I visit the Philippines. Bem is the most wonderful host, most accommodating and most thoughtful. When I got sick, he provided first aid medicine and when he knew about my birthday. He got me a cake. He went out of his way to do all these things! For us, Bem and his unit feels like an extension to “home” Thank you once again for hosting us! ❤️ see you again next year!

Great place to stay. Very cozy and relaxing . Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Their instructions in advance was very helpful which made the process smooth. The room was clean they had all the basic things you'll need for cooking. The balcony view was also good its just that the exhaust fan of the aircon produces hot air. The bathroom is also nice it has heater which we enjoyed. Highly recommended. Will surely come again!
