The place was so clean, quiet and very comfortable to stay in. Beautiful design that is very timely in the seasons change. You can do watch netflix, karaoke, cooking, grillings and non stop chikahan in this place. The pool is clean and the kids enjoy their stay. The kids are still in awe in the place. Our stay at this unit was truly unforgettable. The unit was spotlessly clean, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including cooking utensils, clothes, and basic supplies. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and there were even toys for children. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this unit. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. The entire booking process, from the initial inquiry to the check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tess, with assistance from Ms. Susan and Ms. Noemi. We will definitely be booking with this unit again in the future.

Place was extremely spacious and fit the four of us comfortably. We appreciated the additional amenities like snacks and drinks available for purchase. Extremely clean and looked brand new even if the building honestly looked a few years old. The staff and security in the area and building were also extremely helpful. I think at the price we paid, this was absolutely a bargain!

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here. The place is spacious, clean and has the right equipment to make the guests life easier! I love the big rice cooker! The care taker is very accommodating! Thank you for the complimentary red wine! I totally recommend this place e to celebrate your special occasions.

Staying at Casa Tawhai for New Year was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home—but better! The property itself was stunning. The layout was perfect for family bonding! With the amenities so close to each other—like the charcoal grill right next to the outside dining area and the pool/sauna just steps away—it was so easy for everyone to stay connected and enjoy each other’s company. Whether we were cooking, swimming or relaxing, we were always together, making the experience even more special. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Casa Tawhai to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. It’s the perfect retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying quality time surrounded by nature and tranquility.

we had a 2-day stay at her place... A/C, cable tv, basic needs/ furnitures provided (electric fan, ref, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, water dispenser with drinking water, eating and cooking utensils). they qlaomprovided for us cooking pans and needs (oil, condiments). bathroom stuffed with shampoo, conditioner, bathfoam. they have medicine kit, alcohol, hand wash... the place is walking distance to the pool area and the beach... its on the 2nd floor of the bldg. so we can use stairs. we had fun, we enjoyed our stay. looking forward to our next stay. thank you Maam Jen.

The place was great. it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Not too far from the beach and next door from the hotel and country club. The view from the balcony is really nice as well. Owner is very responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

If you're looking to a QUIET area to RETREAT back to after a long day, definitely recommending Janine's place. It was walking distance to a quick taxi ride to the go-to places of Alabang, which made it an ideal location for our party of two to relax. It was SAFE and quaint. This is also for those whose trips are SHORT TERM, it's simplicity makes it good for a weekend to 5-day trip, but any longer you kind of feel cooped up. Where I come from, it's quite normal to have smaller flats, so I didn't feel out of place. I didn't get to try the pool and gym, but they were there, and looked high-quality. Janine is a COMMUNICATIVE host who finds the best way to contact you and ensures you've confirmed all you need to make it check-in and out a seamless experience.
